Chiudendone農園は、オリーブの木、ブドウ園で栽培され、貴重な白トリュフの探索に適した森に囲まれた丘陵地に45ヘクタール以上にわたって広がっています。
最近改装された800の2つの主要な構造は、外で食事をしたり、渓谷のパノラマビューを楽しむことができる天蓋付きの大きな庭に囲まれています。 20メートルの塩水プールからは、美しい典型的なトスカーナの夕日の忘れられない眺めが楽しめます。
ジャコモバラと呼ばれる1階と、アメデオモディリアーニと呼ばれる1階に、2つの非常に大きなアパートを借ります。
それぞれ160㎡の2つのロフト、アメデオ・モディリアーニとジャコモ・バラは、洗練されたキッチン、ダイニングテーブル、暖炉のあるリビングルームがあり、すべて上質な家具と現代美術品が備わっています。 各アパートメントには、ダブルベッドルーム、2つのバスルーム、シングルベッド付きのベッドルームがあり、3番目のベッドを追加できます。
オーガニックの菜園、庭、20mのパノラマスイミングプール、農産物の入ったウェルカムバスケットをご利用いただけます。

Beautiful tranquil farm

We loved our stay at Francesco’s home. The setting was incredibly peaceful and it was perfect respite from the crowds and heat in Rome. We had a lovely dinner per his recommendation at a beautiful hillside restaurant. We took the train to Florence, we drive to Vinci, San Miniato, Palaia, Grieve Chianti.He gave us a lovely bottle of wine and olive oil from his vineyard. Our family loved to wind down at the pool it was pure heaven. We would stay there again.

Wonderful Tuscan Getaway!

Wonderful Respite

Beautiful apartment, Tuscan views. Helpful and gracious hosts were always available to make reservations, answer questions and advise us as needed. Great base after hustle and bustle of daily touring. Francesco and Isabella's syrah from their vineyard was excellent. Lovely stay.

Immaculate

Francesco and Isabella are very gracious hosts. They want your stay to be comfortable. The grounds that this estate is on is perfectly manicured, the pool is a perfect way to spend a down day and there are plenty of hikes from the property to stretch your legs. It is very central and can access the trains but I would recommend renting a car. You will NOT be disappointed if you rent this property, I would return in a flash. enjoy.

Ein wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde! Super Unterkunft die keine Wünsche offen lässt!

Toller sehr großer Wohnraum. Wir waren im Erdgeschoss. Gemauerte Gewölbedecke , schöne Küche. Schöne Bäder. Der Pool hat zwar Salzwasser aber wirklich nur einen Hauch von Salz. Viel besser als Chlor. Dass gesamte Anwesen ist nur über eine Privatstrasse zu erreichen und liegt auf einem Hügel mit überragender Aussicht. Dass Anwesen wird immer gepflegt. Auch der Pool top in Schuss. Würden gerne noch mehr Zeit bei unseren netten Gastgebern Isabella und Francesco verbringen. Fazit: Traumort, Traumwohnung. Immer sofort wieder.

Tolle Ferienunterkunft

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen für eine Woche in der wunderschönen Wohnung (untere Wohnung). Das Haus liegt exzellent zentral, um mehrerer Ausflüge in die Toskana und Umgebung zu machen. Die Eigentümer und Vermieter Isabella und Francesco sind äußerst nett, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Fragen auch im Vorfeld werden sehr schnell beantwortet. Einen Abend wurden wir mit weiteren Gästen zum gemeinsamen Abendessen durch die Vermieter eingeladen, es war perfekt. Die Wohnung selbst hat alles was man sich wünscht, die Schlafräume und beide Badezimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Der Pool lädt nach einem Tagesausflug zum Entspannen ein. Wer hier Stil, Annehmlichkeiten und etwas Ruhe zur Entspannung sucht ist genau richtig!! Wir können die FeWo und die Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen!!

Best holiday ever!

We have just returned from Tuscany. We stayed here for nearly 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. Both Isabella and Francesco we very welcoming. They gave us a bottle of their excellent wine and also a jar of their homemade jam and tomato sauce. We were allowed to pick fresh figs from their trees, which were amazing! Tenuta Chiudendone is in a great location. Within an hour you can be in Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Chianti and many more places. Its a great place to explore so much Tuscany has to offer! We would definitely return if we got the chance!

Eine kleine Oase zum rundum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben hier im Juli eine Woche mit unseren zwei Kindern (5 und 8 Jahre alt) verbracht und jede Minute in vollen Zügen genossen! Zum einen besticht diese Unterkunft durch seine grandiose Lage. Francesco hat sein sich selbst gesetztes Ziel erreicht: einen Platz zu finden mit toller Aussicht- ohne, dass etwas Hässliches ins Blickfeld kommt - egal wo man sich gerade befindet! Auch vom 20m langen Infinity-Pool aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Hügel der Toskana mit Olivenbäumen, Weinbergen und Zypressen. Trotz der Idylle sind sowohl Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell per Auto zu erreichen. Pisa und Florenz sind jeweils nur ca. eine halbe Stunde entfernt und einfach zu erreichen. Die Lage ist wirklich ein guter Ausgangspunkt für sämtliche Ausflüge. Was aber auch auf jeden Fall noch hervor gehoben werden muss, ist die Gastfreundschaft der Besitzer. Francesco und Isabella sind jederzeit Ansprechpartner für Restaurants, Ausflugstipps, Einkaufmöglichkeiten und vieles mehr. Vor allem die empfohlenen Restaurants waren durch die Bank weg klasse – von traditioneller bis hin zu moderner Küche – wir waren immer begeistert! Ein gemütliches und sehr entspanntes gemeinsames Abendessen am letzten Abend an dem Francesco und Isabelle lecker für uns gekocht haben, hat unseren Urlaub perfekt abgerundet. Die Ausstattung der großzügigen Wohnung ist prima und lässt keine Wünsche offen, so dass man sich auch gut selbst verpflegen kann. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll bis ins Detail, Küche und Bäder hochwertig – neben flauschigen Handtüchern in sämtlichen Größen stehen soagr Pool-Handtücher zur Verfügung. Auch Kinder kommen hier voll auf Ihre Kosten – ein großer Pool, ein riesiger Garten zum Fußball- und Versteckenspielen, Spaziergänge durch den hauseigenen Weinberg… Es gibt viel zu entdecken! Fazit: eine kleine Oase zum rundum Wohlfühlen! Wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht...

Beatiful estate in the perfect Tuscan location

We stayed a week here with our kids (5 & 7). After looking extensively through VRBO and other websites, we decided upon Tenuta Chiudendone and we had no regrets. There are so many places to go and things to see in Tuscany and this is really a fabulous location to do it all. It's central location lends itself to easy day trips to most of the region. Located on top of a hill, there are beautiful views in all directions. It is secluded, but not remote. There are several small towns within a few minutes. The grounds of the estate are stunning. There is an infinity pool and small play structure and hammocks for leisure and kid play. Though not heated (most pools in Italy are not), it was the warmest one we visited in our month in Italy. We stayed in the upper apartment (I think the layout is identical to that below though furnishings vary). It was very spacious. We used the kitchen several times to cook dinners at home. The windows all have screens on them which seemed to be a rarity in Italy. We would open the windows in the evening and the apartment stayed cool. Though it does have AC, we did not need it the first week of June. I think the best part of Tenuta Chiudendone are the owners Francesco and Isabella. They are extremely friendly and easy going. We cooked dinner with them one night for a relaxed Italian home evening. They are very well organized and have a book with information about the area, places to visit, restaurants, etc. They are very knowledgeable about the area. We ate dinner at several of their recommendations and were not disappointed. There is no shortage of hidden treasures in Tuscany and this place is not only one of them but is the perfect location for discovering more. We would stay here again in an instant and would recommend it to all our friends.

Perfect!

A perfect place to stay in a beautiful part of Tuscany. Within a short drive to Florence, Pisa & Lucca. A little further to Volterra, San Gimignano & the coast. We stayed in both apartments during our holiday and loved each one. They are spotlessly clean and well maintained as is the whole property. The views from the house and poolside are stunning especially at sunrise or even better sunset with a glass of Francescos wine in your hand! Francesco & Isabella could not be better hosts, recommending places to eat & even organising a private chef for us.We are definitely going back & would not hesitate to recommend to friends.

Splendido!

Per gli amanti della natura che però non sanno rinunciare al lusso questo è l'agriturismo perfetto. L'appartamento è splendido, finemente arredato e con tutti i confort. Il giardino con piscina è curato e la vista sulle colline toscane davvero suggestiva. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e sempre pronti a darti consigli sui migliori luoghi da visitare in zona. The real Tuscany

The real tuscany. The owners were very happy to help and reccomend the best things to do in the area. The family lives there and are avaliable if anything is needed. The property is new and the interior design is just right. The pool with the view on the olive trees is extremely relaxing. The nature around is infinite you can't see other houses around. It's like being in paradise! Defenitely the best place to go in tuscany.

Bellissimo soggiorno "prolungato"

Ho avuto il piacere e la fortuna di poter soggiornare con la mia numerosa famiglia in questo splendido angolo di paradiso. La pace e la tranquillità che si respira da quassù é qualcosa di inimmaginabile, ti ripaga di tutti gli sforzi e i sacrifici che tutti i giorni facciamo per vivere in questo frenetico mondo!!! Oltretutto la disponibilità e la cortesia dei proprietari rende il tutto ancora più gradevole. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere facilmente le località e i centri di maggior interesse. I miei figli sono entusiasti e lo siamo pure noi. Colgo l'occasione per ringraziare veramente di cuore francesco e Isabella che ci hanno dato la possibilità di vivere dei giorni veramente speciali.
