Charming apartment in the perfect location! Just steps away from the Piazza Navona, and a short walk to the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon and the Campo de' Fiori. The apartment is located on the second floor of a courtyard apartment complex and can be accessed by a staircase or lift. It was spotlessly clean and very quiet, which was so nice after long days of exploring the sights of Rome. It was equipped with everything you need for a great stay: coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, and even a washing machine. There is a pastry shop next door, a pharmacy and grocery store around the corner, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. In addtion, there are two convenient taxi stands at either end of Piazza Navona.Roberto was an excellent host. He met us at the apartment on the day of our arrival to help us settle in and responded quickly to text messages if we had any questions.If I am ever lucky enough to be back in Rome, I would definitely try to stay here again.

We highly recommend this apartment. Roberto was extremely helpful with transportation from the e airport and to the cruise port. The location is excellent, too.

A smooth stay in Rome. The host Roberto welcomed us in the property and explained how different things work. The location is perfect and is at the heart of Rome, close to all the attractions. The property is situated in an old/ancient building, however interior is quite modern with a/c, small kitchen, 2 full bath (though a bit small). Overall it's a great place to stay and enjoy your trip in Rome.

Great location behind Piazza Nuvona. Restaurants and sites are nearby. It has one bedroom on main level and bedroom and bathroom up stairs. The bathroom on main level a little small. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Charming interesting place was perfect for two couples, with essentially two suites. Very comfy in perfect vibrant location near all the shopping and food choices one could imagine. Central location walkable to major sites.

Just a block from Piazza Navona. Groceries available nearby. Many shops, restaurants, and gelato within 2 minute walk. 8 minute walk to the Pantheon, 5 minutes to bus stop. Less than 1/2 hour walk to the Colosseum in one direction and Vatican City the other.

A look behind the big door! I always wonder what’s behind the big doors when walking down cobblestone streets in cities that are hundreds of years old and staying here let us not only see but experience a true Italian residence! The apartment is in a fabulous location (Piazza Navona is a few steps away) and we walked to all sites, returning every day to blissful air conditioning—a must in warmer months. The apartment gives a real sense of how Italians live and how old buildings have evolved to accommodate contemporary living while maintaining authentic charm. It’s fully stocked with whatever you need for your stay and you are in good hands with Roberto, who showed us repeatedly that he takes his role as host seriously. We appreciated his quick responses and the assistance he provided before, during (and even after) our stay. Arranging transport from the airport was a bonus. Would definitely stay again when returning to Rome.

This is a beautiful, artistically appointed apartment in a historic building just a block from Piazza Navona...the best area to stay in all of Rome. Very close to everything and an easy walk to the historic center and great restaurants galore. But a completely quiet street away from the tourists crowds. Manager was super helpful and warm...arranged a great dinner reservation for us.

Beautiful Accommodations, Wonderful Location

This stay was lovely. I hope to return to Rome again and if so, I would stay here again. The property manager communication was excellent. The apartment was comfortable and clean and we had everything we needed. It was convenient to many places while also being quiet. It was wonderful!

The property location is just off a main square, making it an easy walk to shopping, restaurants, and sites, but also very quiet. There was plenty of space for our group of 4 to spread out, and a dining table for us to all eat together. Ideal for a family or a small group of friends!

Just perfect!

Quick and easy checkin process and Roberto was super helpful prior to arrival via messaging and arranging transportation. When there he sent us to a very small off-the-path restaurant for some great carbonara !

Great location, pleasant stay

It’s very spacious apartment, very close to piazza Navona. I liked the charm of internal courtyard. It’s relatively quiet for a big city center, beds are comfortable. Please be aware that master bedroom is located upstairs within apartment. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great spot to stay. Just as posted Roberto’s place is near many attractions. He arranged for our from airport taxi and to port taxi. It was an easy stress free trip. Lots of walking. We would recommend this VRBO. Great host.

Great place to stay

Our stay at Casasimi was excellent, from booking to the time to leave. Host Roberto was very quick and friendly with all communications. He met us at the time of our arrival to orient us to the apartment, was helpful with transportation needs, places to eat and visit. The apartment was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. It is a beautiful place, in a very convenient location for walking to most attractions/food/shopping. The beds/pillows were very comfortable. Thank you Roberto!
