We are just back from a weeks stay. Our kids absolutely loved the pool. All rooms were spacious. Plenty bathroom/showers and all good facilities. We had a hire car but on the occasions we ordered an uber/uber eats we had difficulty in them finding the property as its an unnamed track road. Tip for any future bookings, pick the businss at the end of the track road and just walk down to meet them.

Lovely villa. Great location. Well equipped. Quiet private area. Only suggestion would be new towels. The pools were chilly which kept some of our group from enjoying them.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! Communication with Claudio was excellent from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. The house itself is amazing – very clean, beautifully maintained, and even includes a mid-stay clean which was perfect.The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are perfect for both adults and children. The location feels wonderfully secluded and peaceful, yet it’s still easy to get an Uber when needed to larger towns. It’s a great choice for families – the kids had a brilliant time, and the large tables made family meals a lot easier.We couldn’t have asked for more – highly recommend and we have already enquired for 2026!

Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique dans la maison de Claudio. Elle est située au calme, sans voisinage, à 15 minutes en voiture d'Albufeira.La taille et la configuration de la maison (avec ses 6 chambres et 4 salles de bain) sont parfaites pour que chacun (nous étions 4 familles) ait son espace et son intimité.Elles dispose de tous les équipements en nombre suffisant (chaises de jardin, ustensiles de cuisine, grosse marmite...)La magnifique piscine a été indispensable pour nous rafraichir après les chaudes journées de balade.La communication avec Claudio a été parfaite à tout moment.Nous vous recommandons vivement ce logement !

Fantastic villa for family holiday

We have just returned from our stay at Villa Manuela and had a fantastic two weeks. Would highly recommend for large groups. It was prefect for our family of 12. The villa was extremely spacious and well equipped. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the maid service throughout our stay was a bonus. The large outside area was brilliant for the children, with the bonus of 2 pools. and a BBQ. It was extremely quiet with no other villas or properties nearby. We hired cars and were just 10 minutes from Vilamoura and 15 from Albufeira. The nearest Lidl and Aldi were just 5 minutes by car. Check in was easy and any questions we had were answered promptly. We will definitely be returning again.

Family Reunion

We booked Villa Manuela for a worldwide family reunion. People came from Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and the United States. The Villa was fantastic. It easily held our large crowd. There are two pools which accommodated our entire group. It has a large dining room table which could seat 12 or more. spacious outside area which was great for our noisy family. Claudio was very accommodating. We will look forward to visiting Portugal again. Thanks to the accommodations we had in Albufeira.

Nice villa

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. There was 12 of us and Villa probably could do with a few more sun loungers. The garden was a good size and property was decent for price point. There wasn’t a lot in walking distance but a taxi into Vilamoura or Albufeira was easy enough to organise.

Relaxing and restful

Beautiful house and location suitable for a relaxing holiday, ideally located between Faro and Albufeira. Very clean and well maintained. We had a lovely time and felt sad to leave. Host was very friendly and helpful with any questions.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Eine schöne Villa, gut gepflegt und sauber. Die Pools sind sauber und wir hatten viel Spaß damit. Er wurde während unserer Anwesenheit zwei mal gereinigt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Grill und Holzkohle, Sandspielzeug und Wasserspielzeug für die Kinder. Das Haus steht in Alleinlage und ist komplett umzäunt. Claudio ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns sogar Lebensmittel zur Ankunft besorgt. Danke dafür! Wir hatten eine gute Zeit dort :-)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous étions un groupe d'amis de 12 personnes. La villa est spacieux avec 6 chambres et 4 salles de bain qui est appréciable quand on est un grand groupe. 2 grands frigo et une cuisine équipé. Belle espace d'extérieur et rien l'alentour. La maison est situé à l'extérieur de la ville. Il vient faire le ménage en milieu de semaine ainsi que nettoyé la piscine. Serviette et drap à disponibilité. Casa como no anúncio, localização perfeita

Casa muito espaçosa, com um ótimo jardim e piscina grande. A localização é boa, a menos de 10 minutos da praia de carro e Albufeira. Levamos o nosso cão e ele tinha imenso espaço na casa para andar. A senhora da limpeza foi muito simpática assim como o anfitrião Cláudio. Definitivamente iremos voltar! :) Obrigada mais uma vez.

séjour agréable

Emplacement calme, sans voisinage et à l’écart de la vie nocturne sauf le son de la musique des boites de nuits que nous entendions légèrement la nuit. Dommage qu’il soit écrit pour 14 personnes alors qu’il n’y a que 12 vrai couchages. Le propriétaire a été très réactif et nous a rapporté un petit couchage pour 2 personnes très vite. La piscine est top. L’entrée de la maison donne sur une grande route principale et après un virage ce qui est dangereux surtout pour sortir car il y a très peu de visibilité La voiture est indispensable car il n’y a aucun commerce accessible à pied. Le propriétaire est très disponible. La maison est vraiment très spacieuse et idéale pour les grandes familles.

Logement propre à notre arrivée du samedi, la femme de ménage est passé ensuite mardi pour changer les serviettes et nettoyer les salles de bain. Claudio est venu nettoyer la piscine le mercredi matin. Le gazon est bien entretenu. Logement situé à moins de 10 minutes des plages les plus proches. Le portail automatique ne fonctionnait pas et il faudrait rajouter un ou 2 parasols supplémentaires pour que ce soit parfait. Merci encore Claudio ! Vous êtes un excellent et discret propriétaire :-)

Great Villa

Great size villa for 11 people as we all had our own space and bathrooms. Had an issue with electrics but the owner was straight down and sorted it. We had kids with disability so needed WIFI which did go down quite a bit and that would be my only criticism oh and a few more plus sockets.

Excelente Espaço Exterior e Piscina

Tivemos uma ótima estadia nesta casa! A comunicação com o anfitrião foi fácil e rápida, e ele respondeu a todas as nossas perguntas prontamente. O espaço exterior era espetacular, o espaço verde e a mesa de ping-pong permitia desfrutar do sol e adorámos usar a churrasqueira para fazer churrascos e a piscina é perfeita. A casa era também muito espaçosa, com áreas de estar e jantar grandes o suficiente para os nossos momentos de convívio e descanso. Recomendamos vivamente esta casa a qualquer pessoa que procure um lugar relaxante e divertido para ficar!

The villa was great and on its own. Nice views of the orchards and peaceful. It was fully stocked with everything you required and a very good bbq area. The bathrooms were great with good pressure in the shower. The rooms were large and very big dining and lounge area. Great outdoor space with a decent size pool. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Wij opa en oma, plus 2 gezinnen met 5 kinderen. Alles was perfect, super schoon. Heerlijk rustig. Zelfs een traphekje voor de allerkleinste. Dicht bij het strand, en vliegveld. Wil je meer van het land zien dan heb je wel een auto nodig. 👍👍👌
