1: A security deposit of €900 will be required upon arrival and a cleaning deposit of €80 will be refunded upon departure (see entry/exit inventory).
2: Cleaning is not included. A cleaning fee of €75 is available as an option. You may also clean yourself, but an inspection will be carried out before your departure. If your cleaning is deemed unsatisfactory, a deduction of €30 per hour will be made from your cleaning deposit. 4: For arrivals on Sundays, public holidays, or outside of agency opening hours, a supplement of €50 will be charged for key collection and inventory.
3: Arrivals and departures on Sundays only, excluding public holidays (except Saturdays), a supplement of 50 euros will be charged for key collection and inventory.
4: Bed linen and towels are not provided; rental is available and must be booked in advance.
