We're so glad you found it clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and enjoyed the tea waiting for you upon arrival. We also sincerely appreciate your feedback regarding the shared laundry area. I'm very sorry about your experience on the exterior stairs, and I'm especially relieved you weren't injured. As soon as you brought these concerns to my attention, I forwarded them to both the HOA Board and the building's property management company, as the laundry room, exterior stairs, and common areas are maintained by the condominium association rather than by the individual condo owner or property manager. I'm happy to share that the laundry equipment has already been serviced, and the remaining concerns regarding the stairs and handrail are currently under review by the building management for further action. While I cannot make repairs to the shared common areas myself, I always advocate on behalf of our guests and owners whenever issues are reported. We continually invest in improving the condo itself—including recent updates and the addition of a portable air conditioner—to ensure our guests have the best possible stay.
