NO HOT TUB

We booked the house for the hot tub but didn't have access to it - were told to go to the river instead (9/10 pm!) The kids were VERY disappointed & wanted me to mention it. And the fact that there's nowhere within 25 mins to get bread etc. We did have a fantastic holiday regardless however. The river, that was a 5 minute drive (the walk is way too much in the summer heat - it's very hilly), was extraordinary. We would go down late afternoon when it cooled off a bit and spend hours in there. One day, we picked cockles up off the riverbed and cooked and ate them for dinner. Two days, we drove the 90 minutes to Montpellier - one day to enjoy the zoo and aquarium (zoo is free and okay - aquarium isn't and is brilliant - preorder tickets online to bypass the long queues) and the second time we went shopping and then went to The Odysseum for dinner at the Hippopotamus - where we had fantastic service and a lovely meal outside in the evening sunshine. The house served our needs apart from the fact that there isn't a garden and no fans in bedrooms - this led us to making the decision to not use VRBO again (it was our first time - usually we use cottages.com but they're no longer offering cottages in France) & we booked a cruise to Norway July 2025 instead :)

Logement parfait. Accueil charmant. Proximité de la rivière et vue magnifique ! Juste savoir qu’il n’y a aucun commerce alimentaire à proximité. On se réjouit déjà d y retourner 😄

Location, vue, accueil tout était parfait.

Une halte agréable et reposante à Vieussan avant d'aller en cure thermale.

Bien accueillis par Marie-Christine, nous avons trouvé la maison spacieuse et propre avec une bonne literie et surtout une terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée de l'Orb Nous avons trouvé des vins très sympathiques au domaine viticole à Vieussan

Une vue exceptionnelle

Un gîte propre et agréable dans un très joli village et qui bénéficie d’une vue exceptionnelle sur la vallée de l’Orb. Un accueil chaleureux et efficace, une présence discrète et une grande disponibilité tout au long du séjour. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié et vous en remercions.

Super gîte, vue magnifique

Super gîte, magnifique vue de la terrasse, grands espaces... Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils, serviables, bref adorables!!! Le bémol, pas de boulangerie à moins de 6km, pas de grands magasins non plus à moins de 20km... il faut donc prévoir les courses, sinon il y a un Vival à Roquebrun, mais il faut prévoir le budget en conséquence...

Nous avons passé un bon week-end. Une bonne balade à partir de la maison. Pour le cadre rien à dire . Les hôtes sont à l'écoute.
