The property was clean and neat on our arrival and the process of ping direct to the unit was very easy and convenient. We liked the location on the beach with good access to Bradenton, Sarasota and Long Beach Key.
The beach was quite nice and the weather largely cooperated! The unit had many of the needed amenities to include the washer / dryer unit. And having the garage was a great plus for us. Thank you for the information book with the more local eating establishments and golf courses.
We did not see a number of items In the unit, to include bottle and wine openers, nice beach items (what was in the garage closet was rather dingy—no beach chairs or games), puzzles and assorted board games. Also we did not see any condo complex signage to help guide us the unit, which was in the other building.
There were a number of items that were sub-standard. The beds were not comfortable, really too hard. The TVs in the rooms were indeed nice to have, however they were quite smallish compared to what we have in other rentals. The Draw Shades in the family room did not work very well at all as not all the shade fixtures would flip the shades would not pull all the way back. I recall one actually fell off when we try to pull them open one day.
The big issue is property management. I called 3 times and did not hear from any one. Here is a the list of items I had called about and never did speak to anyone: (1) master bath toilet leaks when flushed (2) there is a crack in one of the upper small windows in the master bedroom (3) the pull shades are not working well at all (4) the clothes dryer keeps popping into at ERR mode while running (5) the condo pool is being occupied by non-residents (6) the condo loungers are being used by non-residents (7) the child proof gate from the garage to the pool area is not working.
In all we enjoyed our time at the beach. The unit was adequate and there can be a number of good improvements for the unit. The bigger improvement is needed in property management and responsiveness.
