Marbella 8

We had a wonderful stay at Marbella. The room looks right over the pool and beach. Everything was clean. We felt very safe at this facility. Our teen was able to enjoy the pool and outdoors without all of us leaving the unit. We will be back!

Loved AMI - perfect property right on the beach

Property was perfect for my family of 4. My girls had their own room & bathroom & the master view of the ocean was unbelievable. Loved being right on the beach. Plenty of seating in the family room to watch movies at night. We'd definitely go back to the property.

Very relaxing in spot on

Place was very homie easy to the beach, pool and hot tub was a nice touch. Some of the light switches didn’t work. Other then that I’d stay there again and plan on it in the future.

Marbella 1900 Eight we will be back

What a beautiful modern layout. Excellent taste. The balcony was where we lived along with the comfortable beds after the hot days on the beach. Afternoon and nights, walking down the spiral stair case from the screened in balcony to the relaxing pool and hot tub. A vacation we will remember forever and pray we can get EIGHT again.

Great location but needs some TLC

Many great things: location, view, newly renovated bathrooms, building was quiet, pool-side bathroom, communal pool toys and beach chairs, comfortable beds, washer/dryer, convenient check-in/check-out. Areas to improve: cleanliness (carpet was really gross and tile floors needed a wash), frying pans were rusty, patio ceiling fan barely worked, sliding door to patio was extremely hard to move and by the end of the trip wouldn't open at all.

Wonderful Accommodation

Unit was very well appointed and clean upon arrival. 2nd day internet went out until someone from the management company could come out and reset modem. Next day. Wednesday and Thursday, had to endure jack hammering for removal of tile the unit above. Contacted management, saying that if they would have provided a heads up, other activities could have been planned away from the unit. Disturbance extended to the beach. No response. Elevator went out for last 2 days. NOTE: This is not a reflection of the unit, it has to do with property management.

Great beach

The place was perfect for our stay on the island. We enjoyed perfect weather and beautiful beach time. We were able to entertain family that we came to visit. Would love to come back.

Great Beach Stay

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and well appointed (minus any cooking supplies, salt and pepper, coffee filters, etc.). Easy access to the beach and the beach chairs worked out great and we were able to rent an umbrella. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Condo was great . Right on the beach. All was clean and would recommend to others. Cons:Parking limited to two cars had four friends coming for beach get together . We booked for a week and supplies were very limited ; two trash bags; one roll of paper towels; very small bar of hand soap for each bathroom not what i am used to at most vrbo rentals usually very well supplied. And Owner made a stop in to condo to get water and diet coke out of the "owners closet" which we all felt was unnecessary and an invasion of privacy.

Perfect Location

Location was ideal! That being said—the property needs some attention. Faucet in kitchen was broken and very annoying. Handle would fall off and it was very difficult to regulate hot and cold water. Rug in living room was dirty and covered with spots. Living room furniture was very uncomfortable. TV remote was not working in master bedroom. Swimming pool was heated so high that it was unusable for about three days. The rest of the time it was quite enjoyable. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Sunsets were magnificent!

Great location and wonderful view of the ocean.

The location of our villa was fantastic. We were within walking distance of restraunts and activities. The oceanfront balcony was large and we enjoyed sitting out every evening. The kitchen was very nice and well stocked with everything needed to cook. My only complaint was the carpet in the living room and bedrooms was filthy. It looked as if it had not been cleaned in years. I needed to wear slippers because I felt uncomfortable walking on the carpet with bare feet.

Week at Bradenton Beach

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. The building is pretty and in a great location. Liked having the loungers to bring on beach. Nice to have the shower and pool when coming off the beach. The spiral stairs were a bit difficult to manage with beach chairs, coolers, beach bags and towels. The screen door to the balcony did not meet up with the frame so it was difficult to close. We enjoyed the balcony but the fan was not working correctly (would only work on low) so it was too warm to keep balcony comfortable. The slider into the unit does not have a lock so it the unit was never secure. As others have mentioned the the rugs are rather nasty. The kitchen sink faucet is in desperate need of repair. The toilet paper holders in both bathrooms are broken. The couch and love seat in the living area are covered in white slipcovers and are in need of cleaning. The kitchen is rather bare bones, not even an stainer for pasta. Pasta was the only dinner we cooked there. With that said we enjoyed our stay very much

Great View and Location But . .

First of all I will make it clear that we really enjoyed the beautiful beaches and the location of the condo.The complex was very nice with covered parking, which was never a problem. As for the condo itself I only gave it 4 stars because the condition of the condo left a bit to be desired. It was not as clean as they claimed it would be. The carpets were very dirty and scattered rugs were in need of replacement. It seemed as though the cleaning crew came through and did the minimum. Not thorough to CDC specifications as claimed. On the maintenance end, well, the ceiling fan on the balcony was badly in need of being replaced, there were two screens blown out, the kitchen sink faucet was so loose it was hard to use, amongst other things. We called the property manager and they promptly had someone out the next day to fix everything but after running into issues with the ceiling fan the maintenance guy left and never returned, leaving no ceiling fan and just live wires hanging where the fan should have been. And one last note to the property managers, it would be very helpful to have known the limitation on supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent. It would have been helpful if we had know ahead of time that we needed to bring extra over the two of each that was suppled. And the kitchen was barebones. Not even salt and pepper. So all that being said with a little TLC and better communication the condo would be a 5 star. We would probably even rent it again! And I would recommend it if your not too picky. By the way the king bed was comfortable and the Master bath was very nice.

Location is superior. Check in and out was a breeze. Really close to bridge street

This location is right on the beach! Less than 1 mile from Bridge street, which turned out to be our favorite place to eat and shop. The pool was well kept. The sunsets were amazing. We even saw a manatee swim by us on the gulf side. The island is narrow at this location...so you can easily experience the intercoastal style too! Love the ice cream place next to walgreens!

Fantastic overall stay at Marbella

Overall, we had a great time and could not be happier with the location and beautiful beach! We were glad to not be closer to Anna Maria where it was more crowded and being close to the Bridge St shops and restaurants was a big bonus!! Having restaurants (and especially the ice cream shop) to walk to was really great! The unit itself was nicely decorated although rug stains in a couple of locations were off putting. Also, the patio was a little run down with a sagging ceiling fan and the exterior of the facility needing a paint job. That being said, the views from that patio and hearing the ocean outweighed any cosmetic imperfections. While there are some small items to complain about, we really have a great time and enjoyed staying at the Marbella villa #8. The availability of beach towels and chairs added to the enjoyment. Fantastic overall!!

Great view from balcony and condo was nice. Pool and beach were great. Check-in process was okay and could not get in touch with property management group ever. Thankfully, just minor issues. Overall very nice condo though
