The house is good, especially for a small family. The beachfront location is nice but there’s a public access trail that runs right beside of the home and we encountered a lot of people who wanted to come through the driveway and even underneath the home to access the beach…that became annoying even though it’s posted private property. The place is clean with nice furniture but they could benefit from investing in toilets that sit up higher….the toilets sit lower to the floor and aren’t easy to use if you have any mobility issues! The host/owner and property manager were great to answer questions and provided great customer service. The house is in a good, safe location and close to many restaurants.

Thanks for your review. We're glad that you enjoyed your stay at the Beach House. We have got signs up advising that the property is private and there is no access to the beach, but I'm afraid they are being ignored. We plan to put up a fence soon to stop this happening. The toilets are a standard size so I'm not sure why they seemed to be low. Great to hear we answered your questions quickly. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.

cute little beach house!

We were a family of 6 and this little house was perfect. Right on the beach in a not so crowded section. great location - clean - kids and parents had a blast.

Perfect location!

This house is in a perfect location! The views were fantastic!! The property manager was quick to respond if I had a question. It was a very clean property. The beach does not get too crowded. My family and I enjoyed our stay and plan to return!!

Perfect location for family

Quiet location, well equipped kitchen and clean! The trolly was convenient. We needed a railing for the staircase and they put it up immediately which made our stay much less stressful. Wonderful service!!

Amazing!

We had the best time! The location was absolutely PERFECT! We had a few small kiddos with us and found it very kid friendly. We had everything we needed for the beach and there were even lots of beach toys for the kids! Will definitely be staying here again.

Loved this little beach cottage.

We absolutely loved our time at this sweet little beach cottage. Had everything that we needed. The best part was spending each morning and evening on the front porch watching the waves crash, the birds fly and the dolphins swim. We will be back.

What a view!

This house is the perfect location for a winter getaway. It is right on the beach, the sunsets can be watched from the porch and the beach is quiet. We loved watching the dolphins. We had a lot of fun on Anna Maria. We look forward to returning.

We absolutely loved the view, extensive ocean front window sliders and beachfront porch for watching sunsets. Kitchen is a bit dated but serviceable. Would love to see the lamps updated when we return in a few year.

Beautiful, Relaxing getaway

This property was more than we expected. Ocean views were amazing. We felt so lucky to have found this gem right on the beach. I loved the decor and The home was stocked with everything you need. The furniture on balcony was ample and in great condition. I hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

Perfect beachfront location!!

The location is the best! Right on a wonderful, quiet beach. We loved the raised deck overlooking the beach/ocean. Perfect place for morning coffee and to watch the sunset in the evening. The house is great, very clean and so cute! The only thing that would make it better is new mattresses. The beds were not really comfortable.

We replace them regularly. Due to different preferences, it is hard to get bed comfort just right for everyone. What a beautiful view! We ordered inights as we loved our beautiful view!

Thanks for such a well stocked kitchen! The beds were comfy and all furniture was as pictured. Really we spent most of our time on the beach and deck. Thanks for the wagon it really helped getting our beach chairs to beach. We want to come back soon.

Amazing view!

The location is perfect. Beautiful quiet beach. Great for the grandbabies to be able to play in the sand and then we could run in for snack or whatever without the hassle of packing everything back up. Breathtaking sunsets every night. Communication with Liane was easy and friendly. We look forward to coming back.

Merry Beachmas

The idyllic holiday properties team were great. The property needs repairs badly and it seems they are painting over their problems. The appliances need updating and the beds need to be replaced. Had a great time. Loved Anna Maria Island.

Hello there - we're so glad you had a Merry Beachmas! Many thanks for your constructive feedback. Regarding the beds, two of the mattresses were replaced fairly recently with good quality products but they are firm mattresses which does not suit everyone's taste. As regards any other issues you may have spotted, we have been hampered a little by the pandemic. The property owner has not been able to visit to do her normal annual maintenance checks for two years due to travel restrictions. However, the good news is she will be visiting AMI in April to do a thorough check of this property and she will address updates/repairs that require attention. I'm so glad you enjoyed your vacation with us and hope to welcome you again.
