Third time staying at this property. We love the area. It is right by Grouse Mountain and the suspension bridge and other attractions. We love the Vancouver area and have loved this property. The place is clean and very comfortable. If in Vancouver again would stay here again

Beautiful home, space, neighborhood. Great location. Close to Grouse Mountain and great food in town. Limited contact with host but the contact we had was perfect. I would change nothing and hope to be back to experience in the winter as well. Amazing trip

This is the best host we've ever had. They have put a lot of thought into what will make your stay be the very best it can be. From extra towels to information on entertainment to convenience like beverages and laundry supplies. Not to mention the place is beautifuand l in the perfect location to everything! It's a beautiful place to stay. The suite was comfortable with a comfortable outdoor space. Everything clean, well kept, modern and well thought out. The area is peaceful and good. I needed help once and Tammy was quick to solve the problem.

The neighbor hood was nice and had great trails to walk around on behind the houses. Great location for a vacation away from the city. This is not a complaint, just info. Since you are in the basement of a house, you can hear your upstairs neighbors fairly well.

Property was exactly as described. Quiet neighborhood home. Great location outside of the downtown area and close to nearby attractions. The basement suite had every kitchen utensil needed for stay at home dining if desired. Host provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. Washer and dryer make it very nice for last minute laundering. Would definitely stay there again. Seamless transitioning in & out of suite; Parking on street outside of home was fine. Host is very accomodating if any needs arise. Top notch rental.
