グラウンドフロアには広いダイニングとキッチンエリアがあり、最近改装されたキッチンにはオーブン、食器洗い機、電子レンジなどの近代的な設備がすべて整っています。

また、1階にはベッドルーム1があります - 3つ���シングルベッドがあり、必要に応じてダブルとシングルにすることができます。 モダンなシャワー付きのバスルームが隣接しています。

2階のベッドルーム2と3には、ダブルベッドに変換可能なツインベッドがあり、どちらの客室からもヴィラを囲むプライベートテラスエリアに直接アクセスできます。 シャワーとトイレ付きの共用モダンなバスルームは、これら2つの部屋にサービスを提供しています。

Amazing villa, fab location 10 min walk to all shops and San Antonio. Loads of communication with Alan, can’t pick any faults - other than maybe could be warned when pool guy and gardener are gonna turn up Me and my friends loved it, will definitely be going back next year

Second Visit = dissapointing

We stayed at the same villa last year and were so impressed with it and location is great which is why we returned this year, however we were very disappointed this year. When we arrived at the Villa we didn't think it had been cleaned to a particularly high standard which we weren't too fussed about as we don't spend a lot of time in the actual villa, however, the outdoor area was also particularly untidy. We found a number of balloon canisters on the pathway and a used condom. We also found a number of large earrings in the pool which did not belong to us and by the end of the week, some things we had used in the pool had turned green. There was also broken glass on the grass which a member of the group cut their foot on. The Wi-fi didn't work all week, even though we raised it with a member of the Ibiza Hire team who said someone would be out to sort it which meant that some people needed to pay for extra 4G on their phones. There were only 8 towels in the Villa when 9 people were listed on the group booking to be staying. The air-con in one of the bedrooms didn't work properly, and as we had to pay extra for this it was particularly frustrating. The shower didn't work (this was fixed whilst we were out there). And finally, a number of people kept turning up to the villa unannounced whilst we staying there which made us question the privacy and security of the Villa which is one of the main reasons we pay extra to stay in a Villa as opposed to a hotel. People came to feed the tortoises 2 or 3 times which we didn't mind at all. A man from the Ibiza hire team turned up to do his washing when he thought the group were out, but one member of the group was in. And finally someone turned up to clean the pool on our last day which meant we couldn't use the pool for over an hour on our last day which was to say the least very frustrating. I tried to raise these points in an email to the owner, but did not receive a response and as a result, unfortunately we will not be staying at this villa again.

Watch out for them keeping deposits

Our €400 deposit was kept despite absolutely zero damage being caused to the property. I had a complaint email stating that the sheets were dirty (after a week long stay), there were coffee drips on the floor (even though we mopped the night before so they would have been fresh for the morning), there were dishes left (I had loaded the dishwasher in the morning including the dishwasher tablet and seems I hadn't pressed the button properly), there was apparently glitter everywhere even though there was only one guy who had body glitter on him, and we were accused of having extra people stay when there were girls who checked out of their hotel on our last day and came to the villa to meet us as we were all extending our stay and moving on to another hotel. The owner informed me that they had to get an extra 2 cleaners in to have a 12 man villa tidy in time for new people arriving at 4pm. So for this reason kept our full deposit. Nothing was broken, nothing went missing.

Villa Carvi - June 2018

We were a group of 12 guys and we stayed at Villa Carvi for a week in June 2018. From the time of booking, during the lead up to our trip, during our stay and after we left, the whole Ibiza Hire team were great, very communicative, and extremely helpful. They also arranged airport transfers for us to & from the airport, at very reasonable rates. The villa was excellent, clean tidy, and offered great facilities inside & out. The garden had large spaces in & out of the sun, with plenty of sun loungers, a good pool and a shaded table & BBQ area (the BBQ was a bit on the small size for the size and capacity of the villa – this would be the only thing we would suggest our stay could have been improved on). We found the outside dining table area, with accompanying fridge/freezer, our most used and sociable space. Inside there were plenty of bathrooms across all floor levels, TV with all main UK channels in the ground floor lounge, and a pool table. There was also an outside top floor sun terrace, which was huge, unfortunately we didn’t even get to use it. The inclusive wi-fi was OK and covered inside the villa. The additional air conditioning was worth it and provided reasonable coverage to the bedrooms. The villa is about 5-10 minutes walk to the start of the main San Antonio front where there are plenty of bars, shops, restaurants, and the beach - and about 30-40 minutes walk to the West End (a taxi was about 8 euros one way). There was off street parking for several cars and a large lockable gate across the drive. We would all definitely recommend this Villa and would all return here again.

Great villa, great location and great staff

Villa is brilliant for a large group - lots of space and brilliant ourdoor area, which is a sun trap at the pool. Ideal location for going into San Antonio €1.35 one way and taxi back was €10. The staff were brilliant, we had a couple of issues with shower and electric but they were round straight away and it was all sorted. Nothing was too much trouble. Would def stay here again!

Absolutely stunning villa - perfect location

This is undoubtedly the most lovely, best equipped villa we have ever stayed in, it has everything you could possibly need and more. We went as a group of 10 girls the villa has plenty of space , the pool is huge: that big we had 6 inflatables in it an still had plenty of room to swim , helpful management and on site staff, very clean and well maintained throughout the entire property. Its 5 minutes walk from bars, restaurants and the beach Will definitely book again in the future. Thanks for a great memorable holiday!

Brilliant spacious villa with everything you could possibly need for a stay in Ibiza. Travelled as a stag party and the facilities were perfect, great pool area, BBQ, pool table, plenty of bathrooms. Would definitely reccomend.

Gorgeous Spacious Villa

Arriving at Villa Carvi, I was worried that it wouldn't live up to the pictures! It turns out there was no need for the anxious moments, it was gorgeous! (the pictures don't do it justice) It is really spacious and spotlessly clean. There was 8 adults staying and it could easily accommodate more, without living in each others pockets. The pool and BBQ area is lovely too. It's a short walk to the start of the bars but put your walking shoes on or get a taxi if you are heading all the way round to the sunset trip. We all had an amazing time here, the villa company where fab too! I definitely want to come back and bring the family. Highly recommended

Great villa

When we arrived I was pleasantly surprised at how much bigger the villa was compared to the pictures. There was a large driveway and well kept gardens. The pool was lovely with lots of loungers around the outside. All the bedrooms were big with plenty of storage. The kitchen was well equipped with two large fridge freezers and a dishwasher. The villa is about a 40 minute walk into the heart of San Antonio (leisurely pace). The walk takes you along the coast though so it's quite nice. The villa manager was always available when we had queries and she came straight over when we reported a problem with the air con. The roof terrace is huge and great to watch the sun sunset from. All in all the villa was absolutely great and the team at Ibiza Hire were really helpful.

Stag Party July-16

The property was very nice but it was a little dated and less vibrant than in the pictures. Inside the bedrooms were decent with 4 twin rooms and 2 double rooms. The outdoor facilities were really good with the pool and sun terrace being the highlights. We didn't bbq but the outdoor area was well fitted to cater for this. The Villa was situated about a 5 minute walk from shops and a few bars. It was fairly quiet around the property and would suit families or couples. A very nice place but did not suit a stag party.

Loads of space in excellent location

My wife and I stayed at this villa for a late notice short break. It's easy to find and we were greeted on arrival by Alan so the handover was painless. The villa and its grounds are very spacious. Everything was clean, the pool area in the garden was great with plenty of sun loungers. The location meant it was a only short walk to a bar or restaurant, or a nice stroll along the front to San Antonio bay! Very pleased with our stay there

Awesome time and great service!

We went on a Stag party with 11 guys and stayed at Villa Carvi. Villa was amazing and up to high standards. Ibiza Hire stuff were on hand every step of the way weather we needed club bookings or transfers and advise it was done within minutes. I would highly recommend this Villa and this company!

Perfect family holiday, something for everyone

Spacious, comfortable, family friendly villa, perfect for large groups/families. We were a party of 10 and were very comfortable here. Great pool and very spacious outdoor areas. Ibizahire could not have been more helpful, before, during and after our stay. Very impressed, hope to return.
