Wonderful family stay!

This beautiful house was perfect for our family visit. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, and a large living space and kitchen as well. The kids enjoyed exploring outside, seeing the wild turkeys, and the fire pit. It’s located in a convenient location for exploring the area. We would love to stay there again.

Great weekend get away

Nice big piece of property. Plenty of room for outdoor activities. The pictures don't do justice for how big the house is lots of room for your guests. Close to downtown south bend

Great Family Home

This was a great property for a Notre Dame weekend. We had family from Ohio, Missouri and South Bend all gathered under one roof for the first time in years. The expandable kitchen table and extra chairs were a bonus as we all know everyone gathers in the kitchen! The home was well stocked with everything we needed to make this weekend special for our family.

Great for game day weekend

6 buddies came out for a Notre Dame game and the house worked great. Clean house with plenty of room for a group of adults or families. Easy to communicate with the property manager.

Family fun gathering

This is a massive house that is not explained well on the houses advertising page The bedrooms are huge bathrooms are large the kitchen table area can hold a lot of people at one time. Love the location wish our time there had less rain to enjoy the trails through the the trees and the large deck outside to just enjoy being outside. The house has everything that you need. Soaps towels sheets pillows for kitchen and bathroom. if ever in the area would definitely consider renting again because it fit my family very well (10 adults two teenagers two infants)

Very nice place for a crowd!

The owners were awesome and very accommodating. The property was clean and despite the little wasp issue everything was great. We texted Mark about the wasps and there was someone there the next day to take care of it! Would definitely rent again!

Good space, nice getaway.

The overall experience was good. The property was spacious. I would say that the pics do not do it justice. The outdoor space was nice as well. We were there for Thanksgiving. The only issue we had was with some of the appliances as they were a bit dated.

Family Visit

We rented Mark’s home for family coming into town to visit. It was perfect! Plenty of space for the whole crew, huge yard for games outside, and huge table for games inside. Thank you again!!

Amazing

The house and backyard are so beautiful and so spacious. We had a wonderful family gathering here; we were able to cookout and comfortably hangout outdoors on the deck and in the yard most of the time since we had a perfect weather weekend. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, rec, and lounging space for everyone. The stairs are quite steep to the upstairs & downstairs but they leave a note so you know to be extra careful going up & down. Mark & Bill were so quick to respond to any messages and very kind!

Great experience overall

A group of friends and I rented this property for the 4th of July weekend and we couldn’t of had a better time. The house was super and and had everything we needed. The owner was super helpful and made it such an easy trip. He was easily reachable whenever I had a question about something.

Great for get-togethers and Notre Dame tailgating

Perfect for a weekend getaway. We spent a couple of nights in this well appointed and stocked house. The pantry was full, and all the things we needed for a group of 10 was available, including a grill! Couple of things to be aware of 1)There is a security alarm when you open the door, and you have only about 60 seconds to turn it off. We probably got there in 75 or so, and the cops showed up at the door 2)The rooms upstairs got a bit hot in the day, and cold at night. The living room is pleasant throughout. Maybe it was just our inability to fiddle with the temperature control though. The green space nearby was much appreciated, for golf, flag football, frisbee etc. Close to New Buffalo as well, so the beach is not far away
