Beautiful patio with gas grill right outside the kitchen door. This home is located in one of South Bend's most sought-after neighborhoods. 4 beautiful bedrooms, 1 king and 3 queen beds (plus 2 extra thick queen blowup beds if needed). Big kitchen, large patio with natural gas grill just outside the kitchen door, with plenty of comfortable seating. Firepit and firewood are also available upon request. Quiet neighborhood with quick, hassle-free access to Notre Dame without hitting any of the crowded traffic jams.

Located in a quiet, close-knit neighborhood, my home has a warm, friendly atmosphere with plenty of parking, amenities, open space, and everything you need for the perfect weekend. Only a few minutes by car to ND football parking without any hassle of heavy traffic. I hope you will take the opportunity to enjoy a weekend here with your friends and/or family. I promise you are going to love my place!

The gas grill is just outside the kitchen door on the patio. It uses the house gas so there is no need to bother with propane. Cook at home and avoid crowded restaurants on game weekends.
