Our stay here was perfect. Everything was comfortable and clean, exactly as presented. The view is perfect and just what we needed since it was a cooler time of year and couldn’t spend as much time on the beach. Would definitely come back. Thanks!

Ocean Breeze Was An Amazing Beachfront Home

Wow! What else is there to say about this wonderful home. One of the nicest properties we have ever stayed in. Stocked with everything you could need! About 100 steps from the home to the waves. Gorgeous beach! Great porches! Stacey was fantastic at communicating and all her recommendations were perfect. For our family of 5 the home could not have been any better! We hope to be lucky enough to return someday. Highly recommend this home in Laguna Beach!!!

Great stay

This property is as advertised. Great location away from bigger condos, but close enough for any activities you desire. House is clean and literally steps to beach. Stacey was awesome and so easy to communicate with. She answered all my questions and always responded quickly. I would highly recommend this home!!

Fantastic On Beach Stay!

What a wonderful 5 nights we had here at Ocean Breeze! From start to finish, the property and Stacey exceeded expectations. RIGHT on the beach and with beautiful views of the Gulf from 2 separate balconies, we loved our stay. The property is absolutely lovely and comfortable. Our favorite thing to do daily was sit on the upstairs balcony off the master bedroom and drink our morning coffee or have an evening cocktail. You are close to everything and the beach was private so not crowded at all. The Carousel Market right up the street was an absolute gem of a recommendation.

Just what we were looking for

This is a great beachfront home, everything exactly as advertised. The host is exceptional with communication. We booked this location after starting our drive down to FL and the host had us booked and in the house many hours early. After that she was still responsive but we didn't need for anything. It's great to be directly on the beach. Took my shoes off when I arrived and never had to put them back on. Excellent views and balconies at both levels of the house. Could keep an eye on our kids running back and forth to the beach from anywhere in the house. A perk I appreciate having stayed in several VRBO's is that the house was stocked with all the little conveniences you often have to make a store run for. Paper towels, TP, beach towels, beach toys, laundry and DW detergents. This was the easiest beach stay I've had on a family trip. Also - No crowds on the beach! I recommend this place.

Wonderful location (beach front) PCB

The location itself is PERFECT. It is beach front. For those traveling with elders, it has a spiral staircase leading down to the ground and may be a struggle. The furniture is a little dated, the floor was sandy upon arrival, closet doors were off their tracks, and two of the TVs didn’t work. TV remotes need replacing. The freezer leaked a few times and we found trash under furniture and on top of extra living room blankets/throws. House could use a pizza cutter and bring your own body wash and shampoo/conditioner. House does offer tp, paper towels, hand soap, and laundry and dish detergent. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Plenty of beach chairs, many of the umbrellas need replacing. Location is 5 stars. House is a good distance away from the condos so we never felt crowded even during Fall Break.

Fantastic Experience and Property

We struggled with this rating. In so many ways this place is worthy of 5 stars. Location, quality of furnishings, general cleanliness, balconies, views, peacefulness, spaciousness. We really loved it and would return. There were a few things that came up that should be mentioned though. These were not brought to anyones attention until now. I'm sure something may have been done if we reached out, but none needed to be fixed and we really just wanted to enjoy our vacation. Hair glob left on the master shower floor drain. Saw around 6 cockroaches over the week (half of which were dead). Unexpectedly saw a guy on the balcony while we were on the beach (turned out to be a guy spraying for bugs). This would have been less concerning with a heads up he was going to be there. This was extra concerning at the time because we had just filed a police report regarding someone stealing our brand new sunshade from under the home overnight. Shame on us for leaving it out with the other beach gear supplied. The beach gear had some good and some bad going for it. Plenty of chairs. Many umbrellas, but most were broken. Cool youth kayak that we were able to push the kiddos around on. But, no sand toys like buckets/shovels.

Fantastic place

This place was excellent: super clean, updated, well-appointed, roomy, very clean and comfortable beds and furniture, etc. Really can’t say enough good things about it. Even the little things were excellent (e.g., good coffee makers, showers with great water pressure, fresh and clean linens and towels, great fridge/freezer, etc.). The house is literally just a few steps from the beach and ocean and in an area not overrun by crowds. The decks looking out on the ocean are really nice. The property’s host (Stacey) was also great: responsive to questions we had, super helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure everything went smoothly with our stay.

Amazing PCB House & Location

We had a wonderful time at Ocean Breeze. The house was great. The BEST equipped VRBO home I have ever stayed at, and we stay at a few a year. From the beach chairs and towels, to the kids toys, to the pots and pans, everything was PERFECT. It was also beautifully renovated over the winter as well as super clean. This was my families first time at PCB and hopefully won't be the last. The sand was beautiful. The house was a very short skip to the ocean. We were also not close to any large high rises so the crowds were minimal! Stacey was great as well. Very easy to communicate with and responsive. We had a very last minute booking and they just happened to have the house available and I could not be more thrilled with the way everything worked out. We would LOVE to stay here again, but I am afraid next time too many of our extended family will want to join after hearing such great things from our trip!

Awesome beachfront home

This home is so clean, steps from the beach (which is not crowded), conveniently located to nearby restaurants/attractions, and just plain great for a getaway. Would recommend for a vacation rental. Great Beach House

This house is perfect for a family of 4. The location is perfect. It is a quiet neighborhood and the beach was not crowded. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting the area.

Family vacation 2023

Paradise

This was such a fantastic stay. The house is spacious, very clean and well stocked with everything including beach chairs/umbrellas. The beach is AMAZING and is right out the back steps! Pictures and descriptions are super accurate. Views are incredible. It’s truly a paradise.

Anniversary Get Away

Booked as a last minute get away for our Anniversary. The owner was very quik to respond. The house was comfortable well decorated clean. The area is quiet peaceful beaches. Views are beautiful from the master suite. Everything was perfect. Definitely highly recommend. Only thing I see being a concern for some could be all the steps . Going up into the home then upstairs to the bedrooms..

Great house, great location, great time

The house is simply amazing! It is exactly as described and just like the pictures look. The house is roomy and comfortable. Great location, right on the beach, very clean and stocked! Stacey wants her guests to enjoy their trip and not worry about anything! She is very responsive when she's contacted. There are plenty of resturants close by and Panama City is a very short drive as well for more dining options. Our family just loved the home look forward to returning again! Amazing!!

We could not have asked for any better accommodations! The trip was amazing! The view was outstanding! My dad was recently dx with cancer and this trip was much needed! He enjoyed everyday sitting and staring at the gulf! We will for certain be staying here again!! We loved it!!!

Absolutely FANTASTIC!

This property is beautiful! Steps off the balcony and straight onto the beach! No need to even pack a cooler or lug all of your stuff at once to the beach..its easy to walk back and get whatever you need. Stunning views! Love being away from the chaos of in town pcb. Very family friendly area. Stacey was wonderful to deal with. Comfortable sleeping arrangements, comfortable relaxing furniture and master shower is the best vacation shower ever! Highly recommend Angelos steak house, Byuou Bills (crab legs) , and The Doughnut hole (breakfast or lunch is amazing) Great experience and will be back soon!

The perfect place!

This place is like home, very comfortable, huge and, by far, the most well stocked and well decorated place we have ever stayed. The beach is right there and without the crowds. The balconies have comfy furniture and we spent hours enjoying the best view and a near constant breeze. Thomas Donuts is literally within walking distance and everything you need is close by. Stacey was a excellent host and very responsive to any questions. Such a peaceful week spent there. We can't say enough and we will definitely be back.

GREAT BEACH...close but not too close to PCB.

Our family of four (including 2 teens) stayed here for a week during the summer of Covid 2021. The beach views were amazing (obviously, as shown in the photos). The place was very clean and had everything we could have possibly needed, including many pantry staples, such as coffee, creamer, sugar, cooking oil, etc. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The house was great overall. My one complaint about the property was that the downstairs living area seemed much darker inside than what is shows in the photos. This was not a problem for anyone other than myself. I like to do jigsaw puzzles while on vacation. But the room was simply too dark for the 1000 piecers that I put together. So I had to ditch the puzzle. No worries though. There was plenty to do otherwise. The Farkles must have been renting the house next door for their family reunion. They yelled and played pool games day and night. So it was not a very quiet week for us. Other than that, no other noises except for the crashing of the waves. We appreciated the personal touches, such as local restaurant recommendations, beach chairs, and makeup wash cloths. They thought of everything! Overall, I would certainly recommend this property. So close to PCB, but far enough away that the beach is not overly crowded. The price was considerably lower than some of the newer properties in the area, so it is a big bang for the buck (in my opinion). Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We hope to return in the near future.
