Excellent experience! We loved all the natural light from big windows. Beautiful neighborhood and friendly neighbors. The house is well supplied for a month long stay. The beds are comfortable. It was great to have use of the grill and an outdoor area to dine.

Great stay

Stayed 30 days , super quiet neighborhood. Close to lots of hiking. Nice updated furnishings. Great communication. Will definitely stay here again if in Sedona.

Pushy Owner

I rented this home from 010124 - 013124 and found the owner Sharon made her problems with her home my problems. When I arrived she informed me her dirty carpet was scheduled for carpet cleaner the next day. I told her not to have them come. Then around 010824, she had a bunch of boxes sent to the home. She requested for me to open all of her boxes and said she would have her cleaning lady come pick them up at after work. But, nobody came that day. A couple of days later some guy showed up to pick up with boxes with no appointment schedule with me. On 011524, she requested a landscaper architect could come and trim some bushes and a tree tomorrow. I said it would be fine. The guy did not show up the next day. He showed up without any notice on 012524. He said he left me a text message but I never receive one. He was there every day for the last 5 days. He showed up around 8-8:30am and some days stayed until 7:30 - 8-00pm. He used a light on his hat to do work. He had several other men come and help him. He tore up the whole backyard and moved around all the rocks. He was even using an electric saw. I’m surprise that vbro allowed this. I did file a complaint but nothing has happened.

Lovely home

We had a wonderful stay! Any issues were resolved immediately; the house was extremely well stocked with staples (it was so nice to not have to buy paper products or laundry detergent!); and it was very clean and comfortable. The location was great for the many hikes we took and for all the things we did while there for the month. Many thanks for sharing your home with us!

Peaceful in the VOC

We previously stayed in another home owned by the same host in the Village of Oak Creek. This home is a little older and has high ceilings with an open floor plan. We especially liked the cement wall around the perimeter of the property as it allowed us to take our dog outside without having to be on a leash. The neighborhood is quiet. We found the neighbors to be friendly and happy to offer up suggestions for area hiking trails. Everything you need (gas station, hardware store, restaurants, grocery store, pet store, and a wonderful little ice cream shop) are all within a short driving or walking distance within the VOC so you can avoid the traffic in Sedona. We would definitely stay here again!

Would rent again

Great location. Enclosed back yeard is nice cause we have a dog. Needs some more amenities. TV in master, more cleaning supplies, trash bags. But over all the property mngr. got things done.

Great house with beautiful views

My husband and I stayed in this lovely home from December ('20) through January ('21). Viewing the red rock mountains from the large living room windows was something we especially enjoyed in the morning as the sun was just beginning to shine on them. The home has a light, airy feeling throughout. Everything we needed for our stay was included. We picked Sedona as our destination because of the hiking opportunities it offered and by staying in this home in The Village of Oak Creek, we were within minutes of some of the best trails in all of Sedona. We would highly recommend this home and hope to return ourselves someday.

Great home in VOC!

It was my first time staying in VOC and you never really know what you are going to get. This house is great. Nice big open floor plan and well maintained, and is pet friendly which is a plus! We will defiantly stay here again on a return trip.

Sedona getaway for 2

We really enjoyed our 4 week stay. The house ia really spacious, very well layed out, and nicely furnished with everything we needed. Very well insulated and climate control was effortless. The big round table was great. The fireplace was cozy and the Roku and satellite offered almost unlimited tv. Easy 10 minute drive to uptown Sedona (avoid weekend traffic) and about 20 minutes to Cottonwood area via Beaverhead Flats Rd. Clarks market is a couple blocks away and fantastic for take out food and groceries. Very friendly neighbors and good area for walking. We enjoyed the quieter, slower pace than found in West Sedona area..
