This house has everything we needed and more! The location is great, quiet street with a light at the end to get on to the main road. The owner is very kind and responded quickly to any questions we had. We will stay there again when we head back to the area!

Great property and host!!

Stayed at this property back in April 2025 to attend a nearby concert. There was a group of 6 that stayed over—the property fit our needs perfectly. The property is clean and communication with the host was great. The property is on the older side but it has character. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Fab place to stay for Bonnies

We really enjoyed the house, the porch and backyard. Kitchen had all we needed. It was close to everything. We’d happily stay again! Great communication with owner too!

Great Home Away From Home

Very comfortable and just like the house my husband grew up on (on 14th street). Sat on the porch and met up with friends who stopped by - just like old times. Would stay there again and again! Thank you!

Ski trip

Skiing at holiday Valley. Wanted to be close without breaking the bank. This house was perfect! 30 minutes from the resort. The house fit our crew of six perfectly. We will absolutely book again next time.

Family getaway

Beautiful home with bath and kitchen upgrades. Location was perfect for each of us arriving separately. Close by to stores and restaurants. Beef and Barrel restaurant is a go to for us and it didn’t disappoint. Easy check in and out with good communication. Will stay again.

Stay for family reunion

Our group of 5 senior adults stayed for 3 nights. It was great for our needs. Clean. Good location. There are steps into the home & all bedrooms are upstairs, but it wasn't a problem for us. Host was very responsive with a couple of questions.

Family Time

The house was a perfect size. We had 4 couples and it worked out great for our family. The house was clean and the beds were so comfortable. It was in a central location where we needed to travel. The recliners in the living room were so comfortable. I would rent this house again next year if available.

My sister and I are originally from Olean and came up from Atlanta to visit our oldest sister who was placed in hospice while we were visiting. The location was good for meeting with family and friends. I mixed up my check out day and Debbie, the manager was kind and accommodated us for one more day. The porch rails need some work and are a little dangerous but the house was clean and well equipped.

Origonal & Beautiful

We came from PA for a baby shower. The house is nice. There is a driveway that can fit several cars. The house has most of it's origonal charm such as beautiful woodwork throughout and antique furniture inside. The downstairs gets nice and toasty warm, and the upstairs has 2 vents, so if you like to sleep a little cooler, this is the place for you. Plenty of towels and things you would need for your stay. I would definately stay here again. Check it out!

Grad Party Stay

We were in town for a graduation party. We thought we’d try a VRBO this time. The house could be great. A clean coat of paint would make a world of difference in the whole house. The house could be charming if the bedding was updated, and clean crisp sheets on the bed, remove the plastic table cloth in the kitchen with ripped wholes with a cloth one. Remove the cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling. The owner did tell us they had had a flood recently, but the house smelled damp and moldy. It had good reviews, so we booked it. Again, it has great potential but would not stay again.

Great lodging for a visit in the area

We had five 60 something adults in our traveling group. We were in the area to visit family. The home was very nicely furnished. We enjoyed playing games at the large dining room table in the evenings. The home made you feel comfortable. All 4 bedrooms were upstairs which could pose a problem for some folks. When we return to the area, we will be checking to see if this lovely home is available again!
