FRASSINO is probably the best apartment in Casale Refoli. The large living room with two bright entrances has a large dining table for six comfortable seats. The kitchen is a separate room from the living room. During the Christmas and New Year period, several families or groups can eat together with the addition of another table. The double bedroom has a private bathroom with shower. Second bathroom with shower in the corridor. Frassino is a comfortable apartment for two couples or a family of 4-5 people.

Free WIFI inside and outside. The connection is not suitable for streaming or heavy downloads, good for email and normal web browsing.
Independent air conditioning and seasonal LPG heating are on consumption and are not included in the rent.

The swimming pool measures 16 x 6.2 m. from110 cm deep. at 220 cm. it is reserved only for guests of Casale Refoli. Open from 21 May to 7 October.
The solarium station with sunbeds and deckchairs will be assigned at the beginning of the holiday to a single family or family group and will always be used the same one for the booked period.

The Casale Refoli property offers only 5 completely independent apartments with kitchens for 2 to 5 people. Each apartment has a covered terrace reserved for outdoor breakfasts. The property is in open countryside near the Berignone Nature Reserve, in the center of a marked hiking trail. Ideal for a holiday in a typical Tuscan countryside.

Casale Refoli is a total of 5 km from the town of Casole d'Elsa in the province of Siena - halfway between Florence and Siena - in practice it takes about 10-15 minutes to reach the town with restaurants, shops and all the main services.
The property is accessible via a dirt road of approximately 2.5 km. This country road is not recommended for sports cars or cars that are too low. On our web page you can see some of our guests' cars as an example.

Casale Refoli is an ancient Tuscan farm traceable in the papers (dated 1824) of the "Leopoldino Land Registry", with the name of Podere Cetinaglia.
Casale Refoli is located in the municipality of Casole d´Elsa in the province of Siena. Casole d´Elsa, of ancient Etruscan origin, is an important historical center of the Val d'Elsa awarded the "Orange Flag", the environmental tourism quality mark that the Italian Touring Club attributes to inland locations for the development of tourism quality.

The Casale Refoli property has been completely restored, maintaining the shape, volumes and part of the original structures unaltered (see photo of the ruins of Cetinaglia) and transformed into a welcoming and comfortable country residence.
