COMFORTABLE THREE-ROOM APARTMENT on 2 levels, inserted in the residential tourist complex of Cala Rosa. On the ground floor there is a large living room with kitchenette and sofa bed and first bathroom; on the first floor a second bathroom and two double bedrooms, one with a terrace with a unique view of the sea and the Asinara Island. The property includes a large garden where there is a barbecue area for tasty barbecues and to relax outdoors and a reserved parking space. Present: TV, washing machine, oven, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Given its location is the ideal holiday home for those who want a relaxing holiday without confusion, but still convenient to walk to the sea; in front of the villa, in fact, there is the sea with the first rocky coves, followed by the bathing establishment dell'Ancora at 500 meters, to follow the beach of Gabbiano at 500 meters, in front of the Hotel Roccaruja, and just beyond the paradise of the Pelosa and Pelosetta beaches. In the immediate vicinity of the villa there is also the bus stop that accompanies the characteristic village of Stintino as well as the beaches, even the most distant, of the territory of Stintino. For larger groups, adjacent to the villa, there are two other holiday homes that can comfortably accommodate each other 4 people; so, if necessary, a villa with 14 beds is available.
