Castell Villa Bohío is more than just a house; it’s an experience. Designed with the majesty of a rustic Mallorcan castle, its stone façade sits on a vast 3,450 m² private estate, offering an oasis of peace and discreet luxury near vibrant Palma.

An Unmistakable Style The "castle" design is simply stunning: a delightful fusion of freshness and coziness. Serene tones and traditional Mallorcan elements blend with contemporary colorful touches to offer a feast for the senses.

The villa is designed for the conviviality and comfort of large groups and families:

6 Double Bedrooms: Beautifully decorated and fully equipped, all featuring two twin beds.

Social Kitchen: Our modern, generous kitchen is the true social heart of the home, with ample space and full equipment (fridge, microwave, dishwasher) for large gatherings and family dinners.

Room Policy The house is for the exclusive use of your group. To optimize service and consumption, only the necessary rooms will be opened based on the number of guests in the booking. Each room is for two people. For example, if you are a group of 6, 3 rooms will be prepared (2 people per room). Beds and linens are prepared STRICTLY for the number of guests on the confirmation. Note: Extra undeclared guests will not have linens provided and will incur a financial penalty.

Amazing stay

The photos do not do the property justice. It is very spacious with some great outside spaces. The air con in the bedrooms was very good. Marcelo was very friendly and his wife produced a n amazing cake for us when we arrived. It was very tasty! Marcelo had lots of local tips - for supermarkets, restaurants and places to visit. There are some lovely cafes and restaurants within a few mins drive.

Wonderful family villa

Short journey from the airport, wonderfully spacious villa with a great swimming pool. The villa has some beautiful views of the surrounding countryside with Palma city in the distance. There is a BBQ which we used frequently. There are 2 good supermarkets just a short drive away. There are excellent bus connections to Palma etc. and the bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the villa. Marcelo, the owner, was always on hand to help our holiday go smoothly, there are plenty of towels in the villa and the villa also has good aircon. We had an amazing memorable family holiday and it's thanks to Marcelo and his wife for making it possible.

This house is absolutely enormous, offering 8 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We used 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms during our stay, and everything was clean, spacious, and in excellent condition. The living room and adjoining dining area are incredibly large — even when we were being lively in that space, the noise didn’t carry to the bedrooms, as five of them are located past the kitchen, which provides great privacy.The garden is beautiful, with a variety of plants and a fantastic outdoor space. The pool is generously sized and can easily accommodate a large group. There’s also a huge open area perfect for setting up tables and enjoying a meal after cooking a delicious barbecue on the Weber grill.Although it was a bit windy during our stay and not ideal for using the pool, we made full use of all the other facilities and had a wonderful time. We especially appreciated being invited to help ourselves to the lemons from the large lemon tree in the garden — such a lovely touch!Parking is more than sufficient, with space for at least one car per room. The heating and cooling systems worked perfectly, there was always plenty of hot water (all powered by a heat pump), and the towels were plentiful.The host was communicative and very helpful, providing lots of great local recommendations and places to visit.We would definitely recommend this property and would love to return — not only for the amazing stay but also for the delicious lemon sponge cake that was waiting for us.

zu Hause bei Freunden

Diese Unterkunft ist wahrhaftig ein Schloss, nicht nur die Unterkunft selbst die alles zu bieten hat (Klimaanlage, Heizung, vollausgestatte Küche, Schwimmimg Pool), sondern gerade Marcelo macht den Aufenthalt einem so einfach und angenehm wie es nur sein kann. Er ist super freundlich freundlich, spricht viele Sprachen und hat immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen zur Einrichtung und für Tips auf der Insel Mallorca. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub für unsere Familie und wenn wir das nächste Mal nach MAllorca reisen, fragen zur erst bei Marcelo an, ob sein Schloss noch frei ist. Wir haben einen neuen Freund gewonnen.

Great holiday great host!

Has the most wonderful break! Marcelo is a pleasure to deal with. He organised for a stair gate and a baby walker for my little boy and made us feel so welcome. Nothing was any trouble. He was always on hand throughout the stay to assist with queries. The property was perfect for us. A huge terrace for us to play around on and sunbath which was very safe for our two young children, 2.5 years and 9 months. The pool was lovely. With 3 shallow areas it was great for the kids. Shops were literally just up the road with some restaurants and bars and it was so close to the airport. Place was very clean and lots of towels provided. Dining area inside and outside and Marcelo even lit the bbq for us on our last night!
