First of all - you do not book a studio on the beachside of ocean drive. Its on the other side of the street. There are no rooms on ground floor.
You book a hotel room in a hotel, that has seen better days. We had stains on the furniture, no bed sheets. You are not allowed to change the temperature of the air condition which is ice cold. The elevator is out of service, so have fun carrying your suitcases and bags upstairs. When walking by the fire hoses, you will see signs from the fire department that they do not work anymore. While our stay there was a massive consumption of marihuana on the whole third floor, so do not bring children. There is WiFi offered, but it is so slow that it is not usable. Oh and there is a TV you can not move (have fun sitting on the floor watching TV), but it works via WiFi - what means that it does not work. But you will have the best time trying to sleep, because its so loud in the hotel. Noise from streets and noise from your neighbours next to your room and over your room will keep you awake. After three days in the hotel I am mentally broken and more than happy to go home. I paid 1250 Dollar for 3 nights. There is no breakfast, no food and no water offered to the "guests", who seem to be troublemakers for the hotel crew. But a part of the lobby is rented out to a cocktail-bar, so that you can enjoy their music all day and night directly below your window. May be the reason they put screws in the windows so that you cant open them.
