Not fabulous

Pool is lovely and it was clean. Only one jet works in the jaccuzzi so that wasn't great or what was promised. No lights outside made it really challenging to find the house the first night and couldn't use the patio after dark. The house isn't well kept outdoors at all. Front porch has a couple of plastic adorondacs and an old bench, hoses were just thrown in a corner, and a Welcome mat only had half the word still visible. Planters are filled with weeds. Where the trash cans are was filthy, Trash was everywhere and there were maggots in the trash cans. (We have photos) Floors inside were dirty - I mean really dirty (had to send pictures to get the property management to come/took 1.5 days, bathrooms are outdated but there are 3 full baths, master has a huge shower. Kitchen had lots of dishes and pots and pans were plentiful. Fridge filter light was on indicating it needed to be replaced (reported it but nothing was done) Toilet on second floor did not have a seat. (Reported and fixed but this is supposed to be a lux rental). One 'bedroom' on first floor is not legally a bedroom. No closet. Furniture is old and worn. The upstairs bath was cute but could not get hot water upstairs in a.m. Overall would not rent from Lux Rentals or this owner again.

Perfect large family home

We had a Great family vacation at this home. Plenty of space for family dinner inside or out. The beds were comfy, the pool and hot tub both wonderful! It was on a quiet street, but any easy 10 min walk or even less on a bike to the beach. Great fast responses to questions from management. We love coming to Palmetto Dunes , so close to everything and the beaches never too crowded. Overalll great home, I would go there again.

This home was in a great location on a quiet street, close to the beach and golf courses, and Whole Foods, Starbucks, etc a mile away! Very spacious and clean. We were surprised there were no pool/beach towels provided and an extra charge to heat the hot tub but may have missed that in the disclosures.

Loved 7 Strath!

A lovely updated house with a great pool and hot tub. An easy walk or rented bike ride to the best beach anywhere! Perfect for our 3 generation family vacation.

Wonderful Family vacation

What a wonderful week we spent together in the beautiful house at 7 Strath! We loved the decorating and amenities were well beyond usual. The space was perfect to spread out and then gather together. The towels were plentiful and like new if not new!! The washer and dryer were great for all things beach! The pool provided hours of fun and eating on the patio was great too. Bike riding was greatly enjoyed. Everything was beyond expectations! We all have wonderful memories to cherish.

Family trip

Cute little house tucked away, nice and private. The backyard was perfect. Plenty of pool chair and who doesn’t love a hot tub. They only complaint I would have is that the beach chairs and wagon are old and rusty. We did not use them. But overall the house was great!!!

Family vacation

The house was perfect size for family of 14. We had a great time in the pool and walk to the beach was manageable with toddlers. The area is perfect for a relaxing family vacation.

A great week for family

Everything at 7 Strath was just as advertised. The rental was well stocked and the property manager was accessible and responsive. We look forward to another stay.

Great spring break house in wonderful area

9 of us (2 families) were looking for a beach spot for a quick trip away from ATL for spring break. We decided on HHI and found this great house in a great area. Walking distance to beach, on a cul-de-sac - perfect for 5 kids. Plenty of room in the house with a second living space for the kids to hang out. Pool and hot tub were great. Almost everything we needed was there - only thing we were missing were blankets since the first couple of night it was a bit cooler. But other than that it was great for our party of 9. Highly recommend and would definitely look to rent again next time we come to HHI.

Excellent House

We had a wonderful stay at 7 Strath. It was clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. It really is exactly as the pictures show. The pool is large and the hot tub can accommodate several adults and kids. The property managers, Luxury Rentals of Hilton Head, were informative and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend.

Will Return!

We have stayed in many Vrbo’s and some are not exactly as pictured or described. This home was exactly as described and pictured. It was a perfect fit for our four children and their families. We had 7 adults, 2 teens and 2 infants. Space for all! The king beds were very comfortable and the home is fully stocked for all you kitchen needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and just a short bike ride to the beach. A GREAT PLACE to bring your family and make wonderful memories together!

Great house and location

This was a beautiful house in a great location. It was perfect for my family. We were a group of 11. There was enough room in the house so that we were not on top of each other. The pool was great. When we were there the kids stayed in the pool till we pulled them out. The beach was walking distance and easy to get to. There were plenty of activities to keep us busy the whole week.

Great House, Perfect Location

The house was well appointed, clean, and the pool was great. The house is nicely tucked in on a quiet street but still an easy bike ride to the beach and the rest of the plantation activities.

Do We Have to Leave???

It was our best vacation ever. We were there for 2 months and wish we could have stayed longer. This house was in a very quiet location. No traffic at all. Nice walk to beach. House was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We felt like we were at our own little resort. Had all of the comforts of home. Kitchen stocked very nicely. Master bedroom shower is amazing. Property manager was very responsible and went out of their way whenever we needed anything. No complaints at all. This house is presented accurately in the description. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for everything.
