a notre arrivee, Mr et Mme Thoze nous ont tres bien accueilli.la maison etait tres propre, bien equipee. notre probleme est venu du fait que la maison donne sur une départementale tres bruyante, un jardin en contre bas, les wc à l'etage et au rdc mais pas au niveau principal. suite à notre 1ere nuit , nous n'avons quasiment pas dormi car trop de bruit de passage de voiture et de camion. une departementale difficile a traverser egalement car les voitures roulent à fond. mon mari a meme cause un accident! en demandant à une voiture de s'arreter la dame a freiné pour le laisser passer et une autre voiture lui est rentree dedans ....bref....n'en pouvant plus au bout de 2 nuits, nous avons demande un remboursement (qui a ete accepte par le prorprio (malgre une certaine agressivite dans ses propos). nous ne conseillons pas du tout cette location. on a cherche la nature pendant 3j.....vacances pas du tout reposantes et ressourcantes

Nous sommes désolé que votre séjour s'est déroulé ainsi. La rue a toujours existé et elle ne m'a causé aucun souci. Le gîte est doté d'une très bonne isolation. Le gîte a deux WC.....apparemment pas suffisant. Par contre la table de ping-pong en bois qui est censée être remise à l'abri était restée dehors alors qu'il pleuvait. Les problèmes dont vous avez causé un accident ne me concerne pas

super location

le gite est très agréable spacieux. le billard est un vrai plus pour des petites soirées en famille. le lieu géographique est idéal pour aller a la plage ou faire beaucoup d'autres activités et visites en famille (mont saint michel, escape game course d'orientation sortie en mer sur l'ile de chausey a faire vraiment jolie) . Et surtout hôtes très accueillants et sympathiques avec des petits cadeaux locaux à l'arrivée, comme les confitures faites maison qui sont délicieuses ! je recommande ! merci encore pour ce chouette séjour dans cette belle région !

Schönes Haus, schöne Ferien!

In diesem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es ist für Erwachsene und Kinder sehr großzügig ausgestattet. Die Region ist sehr schön, zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto ca. 20 Minuten. Die Besitzer sind hilfsbereit und nett.

Superbe week-end en famille

Nous avons loué les 2 gîtes pour un week-end de 3 jours en famille. Tout était parfait. Les gîtes sont en accord avec la description donnée sur l'annonce mais encore bien plus. Ils sont parfaitement entretenus et propres. Très bien équipés et très agréables. Le jardin est magnifique. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et chaleureux. Les produits régionaux et confitures offerts à notre arrivée ont été très appréciés par tous. C'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons pour une prochaine occasion et si vous allez dans cette région, ne cherchez plus et réservez les yeux fermés. Vous ne serez pas déçus!

Wünderschönes Haus mit Garten. Perfekt zum Erholen

Wir haben unseren Urlaub 2016 in der größeren der beiden Wohnungen verbracht. Sie war super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Keine 5 Minuten entfernt gab es einen Bäcker. Der Ort ist klein aber in der Nähe sind viele schöne Orte, die es lohnen besichtigt zu werden. Der nächste Supermarkt liegt etwa 10 Fahrminuten entfernt. Das Meer erreicht man in ca. 30 Fahrminuten. Der Garten ist groß (für beide Häuser zugänglich) und mit Mauer bzw. Toren abgetrennt, so dass man seine Kids dort spielen lassen kann ohne Bedenken zu haben, dass sie auf die Straße laufen könnten. Es gab ein kleine Rutsche und ein Spielhäuschen und in der Garage jede Menge Kinderspielzeug (sogar eine Tischtennisplatte). Im Keller hatten wir einen Billardtisch. Moderne Fernseher gibt es in fast jedem Raum (allerdings nur französische Sender, aber die Geräte haben HDMI-Anschlüsse). Die Gartenmöbel sind super schön und hochwertig, wie auch der Grill. Es war nichts defekt und es hat an nichts gemangelt. Für die Übergabe sollte man schon ein wenig französisch sprechen, da die Vermieter kein Deutsch oder englisch sprechen. Dafür sind sie aber sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Résumé: absolut empfehlenswert.

superbe vacances!!!

Nous avons passé d'excellente vacances, le gite est tres agreable a vivre. Tout est fait pour se sentir comme a la maison surtout avec un enfant en bas age (matéreil de puericulture). Et que dire de l'accueil des propriétaires, merci encore!!

Gîte dans un endroit au calme, très bien aménager avec des jeux pour les enfants, billard pour les grands, tout est bien penser pour passer un super séjour et avec des propriétaire super sympa. Ce qui est sur c'est que je reviendrais dans cette endroit.

Comfortable, spacious, clean, good location

We have just come back from a lovely week in the larger of the two gites. Well equipped, modern interior, fantastic garden for the kids (5 and 2 1/2) to play in with lots of toys in the garage as well as the swings and wendy house outside. The two gates to the garden can be locked to make it secure so we didn't have to worry about the children wandering off. Location: well situated for visiting the Normandy landing beaches and the museums, easy drive to Mont Saint Michel, zoo a few miles down the road, there's a lots of charming towns to visit nearby, Villedieu les Poeles is 5 mins away and has a great market and lots of local arts and crafts. We went to see the workshop where they make the beautiful copper cooking equipment by hand still (or a bath, if you have a spare £15k). Nice beaches north and south, we liked Hauteville sur mer (big sandy beach), St Martin de Brehal (nice Sunday market) and St Jean le Thomas (rocks/sand, great moules frites from a shack at the beach). There are loads of outdoor activities in the region for groups of adults/if you children are older. The hosts are absolutely lovely and make you feel very welcome. There's a nice welcome basket on arrival. If you don't speak much French, the owner has Google Translate at the ready on his i-Pad. I would definitely recommend the gite, and we are already thinking of going back with the Grandparents as the owners can unlock an internal door to make the two gites into one large accommodation.

Two Perfect Gites

We have just returned from a wonderful week in Le Domaine. It was perfect for our requirements to house 2 families (2 adults and 3 children in one gite; 2 adults and 2 children in the smaller gite) as we wanted our own spaces, but enough room to get together easily for the kids to play, or meals. Both inside, with an interconnecting door between dining rooms and a large seating area in the bigger gite, and the outside space with a spacious secure parking area for cars and bikes, and great toys (swings, see-saws, slides, pool table, ping pong and table football) worked perfectly for our families. Both gites are furnished, equipped and maintained to an extremely high standard - we had no problems on issues at all during our stay. Jean Pierre and Jocelyne (the owners) are really friendly and helpful. Our French matched their English, but this did not prove a barrier in sorting out the rental, or ensuring that everything was set up for our arrival - they organised additional matresses/cot beds for our children even though the gite is only formally advertised with 2 double beds. We were later arriving than planned, but they were able to greet us without problem and provide a welcome pack to keep us going (cheese, sweets and cider!) There is plenty to do within a 45 mins drive - great beaches either side of Granville, a large and well respected zoo in the next village, Mt St Michel and the Normandy landing beaches and museums. The gites are located in the small, quiet village of Fleury, with a welcoming English speaking Boulanger just 2 mins walk away! from the front door! Our main concern when booking was the main Granville road running outside, but this didn't prove as busy as we expected and the gites are both fully double glazed minimising any noise when inside. Overall a really great set up that created a perfect base for exploring the local area, as well as a safe and well equipped location for the kids to play.

un gîte parfait

Un gîte parfaitement équipé, des propriétaires soucieux de notre confort. On s'y projette hiver avec sa cheminée comme été avec son agréable jardin idéal pour les enfants avec de nombreux jeux à disposition et pour passer un moment de convivialité en famille. Un accueil chaleureux, nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison.
