Beautiful, family friendly Lake home w/sunroom and 100ft of sandy beach!

A perfect place where you can relax, unwind, and enjoy all there is to offer when it comes to lake life! Check-in is at 4pm CST, Check-out is at 10am CST.

We are located on the north side of the lake which allows you to enjoy both sunrise and sunset, and they are absolutely gorgeous over West Battle Lake!

Our home has a fireplace (only to be used in fall and winter months), central air and heat for your comfort.
We have a fully equipped kitchen making it easy to cook a large meal, bake treats, or simply make a PB & J. For your convenience, we also provide an extra full size refrigerator for all of those extra beverages and snacks you may want to have while enjoying your time at our home.

Our sunroom, which is a comfortable temperature from April to early October, beckons you to relax with your favorite beverage and unwind.

Our deck is only 30ft from the sandy beach and crystal-clear water. The sandy bottom,100ft shoreline is perfect for small children as we have shallow water with no sharp drop offs.

The Lake is known for both water sports and fishing alike. It truly is a lake for everyone! We have reeds about 20 yards to the east of our beach, which means you don't have to go far to entertain those kids who love to fish! There are also plenty of areas on the lake for the grown-ups to find a honey hole as well. You are able to use our boat lift and dock, but you must provide your own boat . There is a public boat access just 1.5 miles from our home and several places in the area to rent a boat or pontoon during your stay.

We provide 2 adult kayaks, one youth kayak, a paddle boat, paddle board, lily pad and lots of sand toys. For an additional fee, we can provide life-jackets. We do not provide any type of floats or tubes during your stay. We do provide an air-pump.

After a fun filled day, you can relax and enjoy some spirits while making supper on our gas grill. Later, you can enjoy family time and recap the memories of your day around our fire pit, and don't forget to check out our night sky which is perfect for star gazing!

When you finally retreat for the evening, you will sleep well with our blackout curtains and plush, comfortable mattresses.

If there happens to be a day or two during your stay that you cannot be on the water, no worries, we have you covered! We offer WIFI, books, smart TV's, board games, puzzles, cards and more! There are also quite a few shops and restaurants to explore in Battle Lake and the surrounding areas! We also provide several family friendly yard games with plenty of space on the property to enjoy them.

Our property is located on a dead end road which means very little traffic. We have an umbrella stroller for you to take the kids on a nature walk! We have many different types of wildlife in our area such as, deer, turtles, wood peckers, all types of water fowl and even a few eagles, to name a few! We've even seen the deer right on our beach in the early morning hours!

We provide all bed linens, bath and kitchen towels. We DO NOT provide beach towels and do not allow any of our bath towels on the beach. We will provide all dish soap, dishwasher, laundry, and hand soaps.
