La Rochelle Minimes District. T2 apartment with a balcony and ocean view; sleeps 4. Distance: 30 m.

In the heart of the Minimes district, quiet T2 apartment in a residence on the 4th floor with elevator with a south-facing balcony with sea view. Located 2 steps from the beach, the marina and shops. The apartment is comfortable and very well equipped.

** We provide bed linen and towels. We ask for €20 for the sleeping of the room and an additional €10 for the sofa to cover the cost of laundry.

** Cleaning: We do not apply a cleaning fee as we ask our tenants to leave the apartment as clean as when they arrived. A deposit of €50 will be required on arrival. This will be used if a cleaning service is required.

If you wish, we offer a cleaning service after your departure for 40€.

The residence has a parking lot reserved for residents. The spaces are not nominative. Parking at Les Minimes is free.

Access to the elevator is via a wide staircase. Unfortunately, there is no inclined ramp. Accessibility for people with reduced mobility is compromised.

* Summer rentals: Only weekly rental or more with arrival and/or departure on Saturday.

A well equiped appartment.

We really liked the appartment. Also very completely equiped. Just the parking spaces are troublesome. Good bed. And small but well equiped kitchenette.

Woche. Schade! Pauvre Chien!

Ruhiges Appartement in guter Lage
