Beautiful property, we had a lovely week as a family of 10 here. The pool is great and a great size. The villa is spacious and can accommodate 10 persons easily. I would say the beds were on the uncomfy side (1 small synthetic pillow per person) and no headboards, but I'm not sure of this is a cultural thing. We also found three freezer drawers and two half sized fridges a struggle with the 10 of us. A drinks fridge would have been very welcomed. Other than that it was a great stay.

Great stay at this beautiful villa with an absolute breathtaking view on the Ile du Levant

Great stay at this beautiful villa with an absolute breathtaking view on the Ile du Levant And Port Cros. The villa was well appointed, roomy and very clean and perfect for our group of 2 adults and 7 teenagers. Great kitchen and outdoor dining area.

The house itself is beautiful—the pool arguably the best part. We did feel misled that the beach and even town were walking distance, especially with kids! While the walk down may be doable, back up the very steep hill with any gear would prove nearly impossibly. One other thing that they fail to mention in the ad is that kitchen cleaning is not included—this both added extra work before an early check out and also led to the kitchen not being as clean as we would hope for. That said, we enjoyed many wonderful dinners on the deck and communication with this host was reliable. They were accommodating to our needs.

Bien cordialement.

All in all, our stay was very nice. The outdoor area, the pool, and the view are truly stunning. The house itself is fairly simply furnished, but it was clean enough. As you can see in the pictures, this property is a semi-detached house. The noise from the neighboring house was sometimes quite loud, but always tolerable. One minor annoyance was that the gas grill wasn’t working properly. For one thing, the ignition button was broken, so we had to light it with a lighter. Unfortunately, both gas tanks were also empty (the one on the grill as well as the spare gas tank), so we could not use the grill at all. The on-site support team was very responsive and always reacted promptly.

Bien cordialement.

Top villa with a view

The view from every room, pool and from the terrace of this fully equipped villa are stunning. Everything is well taken care of and it is a very nice area within a bird's eye view of some nice beaches with beach bars. We really enjoyed all the peace and luxury this villa has to offer.

Gorgeous villa with magnificent views

We had a wonderful time. Rayol is a gem of town with fabulous beaches. The house was in a great location to access all. The views are magnificent with perfect outdoor area. Plenty of chairs, loungers and umbrellas. The house is extremely clean, modern and high spec but also very homely with all the equipment you need. The owners are lovely and very efficient when booking. The meet and greet people are so friendly and very helpful. Thank you to all.

Beautiful house in stunning location

We have just stayed at this lovely villa for a week in August, the location and views are breathtaking. We were greeted by the housekeepers who showed us around which was very nice and they answered all the queries we had and also gave us advice on around and about the villa. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We were two couples a mum and baby and found it very easy to live in. We cooked on the barbecue every night and looked out across the blue sea. We would recommend this villa to anyone who wants good quality and stunning views. Before and after our stay we had contact with the owners and found them very helpful and informative.
