Well suffice to say when a host cannot rectify a single issue within 24 hours and when she finally does after 27 hour requesting you to wait and greet service people but you have already moved out : The unit had no hot water, Stove in kitchen has old food burnt onto elements, A/C is blocked from adjustment, window screen broken giving local mosquitoes a feild day, cable TV non-functioning. Still no reply to my request for a full refund 72 hours ago. Within the first 24 hours we Lodged a full complaint with VRBO ...who could not get a satisfactory reply or response from Host ? VRBO please press your Host for my Full Refund.

The most absolutely worst experience
Absolutely the most worst experience in my travelling life.
I have paid the full amount the property owner / management asked, but when my wife and I arrived at the property, the security guard ( woman ) told us we couldn't get inside the compound because our names weren't on her list and she won't call the management for us. So we went to the near by restaurant and pay for a Wi-fi connection to reach the property manager who told us that he didn't receive my rental confirmation from VRBO and told us he was going to check with you and will get back to us. When we reconnected back with the property manager, he told us the property was already rented, but he find another room in the same compound for more money. I told him that I refuse to more and he said in that case, he could not help us, that he would refund my money and I told him that if I did not get my rental agreement fulfilled, I would claim any extra money I spent to house my wife and I during those 4 nights.
