Needed a extra day and she had room for us.

Had everything we needed except cooking condiments. Could have had spices and salt and pepper. Were able to freeze our fish.

I’m so sorry for the inconvenience. The apartments are stocked with basic spices so the last guest must have taken them. I will stock this apartment again with the basic condiments.

3nights in Minimal Living

Not a very attractive property, furnished with the bare minimum. Based on my experience I would call this complex in need of a full make-over. The first day we were there someone walked in our door and said we needed to leave because they had the unit reserved through Air B&B. I had to explain that we had reserved the unit through VRBO. I called the number that was provided by the owner's representative, and they just shrugged it off. We were very hesitant to leave any of our personal belonging behind because the code had been given to one person and who knows if anyone else had the code to the front door. If you don't mind sleeping on furniture from the local thrift store, then this is the place. But know that you are paying the cost of a hotel unit. Don't forget that they do not provide maid service.

Hi Mark. I was Looking back at your reservation and there is no record of you contacting me. If you had, I would have definitely changed your code. As far as an Airbnb guest, no one mentioned that they walk in on a Vrbo guest and I am the only contact for this property. I am confused about why you would say this when I was never contacted about any of your issues. You mentioned sleeping on thrift store furniture and I’m wonder how many people where in the apartment since you seem have slept on the couch. The furniture did not come from a thrift store. I’m sorry that you were disappointed and believe you would better staying in a hotel, which by the way, in Kenai they are more expensive and older. They do provide maid service.

Convenient, safe, quiet

Easy to get to. Check in was a breeze, property was clean and safe. Designated parking, and plenty of towels and other necessities. It does get a bit hot at night.

Great home base for the week

A friend and I decided to work remotely in Alaska for a few weeks and we found this place. It was very reasonably priced. We each got our own room, the internet was blazing fast, and there was always a place to park. We had a hiccup with the door code and the property manager responded promptly. There is plenty of room to spread out and the unit is near all the things you need in town. This was a great find.

Clean and great communication

It’s listed perfectly on the website, very close to just about everything in Kenai. Perfect amount of amenities. The apartment feels very spacious and can comfortably sleep everyone! The host would get back to me right away if I had a question.
