Perfectly located house minutes from the beach and right in the centre of the old town streets. Clean and very comfortable with everything you will ever need.Host was brilliant and his best to make our stay perfect from start to finish. Thank you.

Great location. Proximity to beach and town are close.

Everything was great as was listed in the description except there is no hot tub. This should be removed from the description of amenities. The apartment had everything that we needed and was very clean. Our bed was very comfortable. Overall a great stay.

Perfect house centrally located with a beautiful deck

We enjoyed our stay in Albufeira. The house was centrally located with everything you need for a family. The kitchen was well stocked so easy to cook if you need to. The deck on the top floor was very inviting and had a great view of Albufeira. I would highly recommend this house for families.

Incredible View. Spotless House.

We (five of us) had a wonderful stay over New Year's Eve. The town filled up for the party, and this location meant we could join at the beach or watch from our rooftop terrace. The view of the city is amazing. Each second floor bedroom is an en suite. The first floor has a powder room and a cozy couch one of my teens slept comfortably on. This house is the cleanest place I've ever rented. It has everything you need, and the owner/manager was attentive. I highly recommend!

Nice short break

We stayed at the property for 4 nights in October. The town house was exactly as described on VRBO. I highly recommend people stay at this property.

Great very well equipped house!

Great location .very well equipped. Close to the beach and all amenities. Great restaurants on the doorstep. Lovely roof top terrace. Local night life can be faintly heard but is no problem . Noise from neighboring property can be heard overnight. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Rooftop Stay

Alain’s home was clean, had everything we could have wanted and allowed us to be steps to the loveliness of Albufeira but still quiet and calm. The owner’s communication and accommodation was exceptional, highly recommend!

Perfectly located traditional property

The property is a nice traditional property with modern facilities and a good sized balcony. The beach and restaurants are a short downhill walk of perhaps 5 minutes and in the other direction the main square and restaurants are a similar distance. Perfectly positioned to be just far enough away so the noise from the bars doesn't disturb you. Alain the owner makes sure you are happy and that everything is ok. We stayed there as a group of three and couldn't fault the place taking into account that its much cheaper than many of the modern places. One of our group can't walk up or down hills very well so we used a wheel chair to and from the property unless we used Uba but taxis or the mini train, neither are expensive though, an Uba taxi will pick up and drop right outside the property. The mini train (no3) is only a short distance from the house and passes through every 40 minutes, for only 5 euros you can pay for a hop on and off for the day and it includes the Marina so this is exceptional value, as a comparison an XL Uba was only 7 Euros to the marina so less than two euros each for four people. we would highly recommend this property

Property is in a great location close to all amenities. House is well equipped with a spectacular roof top terrace. Good communication with the owner and we would hope to visit again.

Winter getaway

Property was perfect for us. Alain was great communicating with us and also accommodating to our needs. He regularly checked in with us and since we had an extended stay arranged for multiple cleaning of the house. Well stocked and the location was spectacular to walk to the beach or stroll the town. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Fint boende i Gamla Stan.

Utmärkt boende. Välutrustad fräsch lägenhet med mycket bra läge nära till byn och stranden. Det som borde ha framkommit i beskrivningen, är att lägenheten är i tre plan med branta smala trappor, vilket kan vara ett problem om man är rörelsehindrad. Kontakterna med Alain fungerade mycket bra. Vi fick bra information före ankomst och under tiden vi var där.

Highly recommend

Great location one minute form Old Town Square and the beach, with lots of restaurants in the are to chose from. House very clean, very well equipped with lots of extras you wouldn't normally get (bottle of wine and bottle of water in the fridge, toilet roll, kitchen towel, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, shampoo, washing machine liquid pouches, slippers, beach towels etcetera). Kitchen on ground floor but small kitchen with fridge, microwave and plates, glasses on the roof terrace level too. Communication from the landlord over and above, always prompt in reply to any communication, checking in after arrival to make sure everything ok, and asking for ideas for improvement as we left. No hesitation in recommending.
