最近完全に改装されたこの魅力的なアパートメントは、12世紀の工場を含む敷地内に位置するため、優れた環境を楽しめます。
テラスからは美しい川が渡る1haの公園の景色を楽しめます。
広いリビングルーム/キッチン、シングルベッド2台付きのラウンジエリア、大きなベッド160台付きのベッドルーム、ウォークインシャワー付きのバスルームで構成されています。そしてトイレ、そして川と公園を見下ろすテラス。

それは理想的には美しいブロワの街から10分、森の端にある魅力的な村に位置し、美しい散歩や自転車に乗るためにアクセス可能です。

The cottage property was better than the pictures! The accommodations were very comfortable and the location was perfect being next to a forest for hiking and less than 15 minutes from Blois.

The whole property was clean with a limited range of cooking facilities (most people won't cook on holiday). There's a good shower room and washing machine. Guaranteed parking outside the door and off road. There's a private area by the river in the garden with sunbeds and a private balcony off the lounge. There's one restaurant across the road, a limited menu but very good food and service. The property host responded quickly to any questions. A quiet area to relax within a 10 minute drive to large supermarkets and shops.

Lovely little apartment with a terrific balcony overlooking the little river and beautiful gardens.

Great location for a quiet holiday but lots to do and see within a 30 minute drive.

The location of the balcony overlooking a stream and surrounded by trees and plants is what makes this property special. We had good weather and " lived" on the balcony.The outside of the building and it's environs are lovely. However the inside of the apartment needs to be updated, especially the kitchen and electrical appliances.Patrice and Michele were both very helpful and tried to resolve the various issues which arose.We would not stay there again and I have reservations about recommending it to others.Stayed in July as a couple.

All I can say is, this place was even better than we expected. The pictures looked fantastic so we booked mainly from the description and the photos. It was even better! The living area was huge as well as the bedroom. The kitchen was perfect having everything we needed. It had a nice, modern bathroom with a great shower, plenty of hot water. And, the balcony overlooking the river was amazing. We had a car and perfect place to park near the door in the driveway. Patrice, our host was so nice and helpful. You could tell he took pride in his property. Thank you, Patrice, for such an enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone in the area!!

Beautiful, historic location

The property is located in a small village a few miles from Blois and was perfect for our trip to see the chateaus in the Loire Valley. It is set over a stream which was previously an old mill. The sound of the stream was lovely. There is a large private garden accessible. The apartment was large, with tasteful decoration. We really enjoyed our time at the property.

Just about Perfect

A terrific property in a beautiful setting, Molineuf is a small village just 15 minutes from Blois, and located in the heart of the Loire Valley. Convenient - less than an hour - from several amazing chateaus. Well equipped and comfortable - perhaps the most comfortable need we've slept on outside or home. I highly recommend.

Ideal Loire

Excellent accommodation in a very unique setting. Easy access to tourist sites along the Loire. Groceries available 10 minutes away in Blois and a restaurant locally across the road. We had to purchase shower soap and condiments for kitchen as not supplied as would be available in a B&B.

A complete surprise .. the accommodation was more than we expected. The fittings and furniture suited us completely and the view from the balcony was magnificent. All the well known chateaux were with easy reach. We had a wonderful time. J&T xx

Beautiful gite in a wonderful location. Spacious accommodation for 2. Great balcony for al fresco dining. Outside space aplenty. Adjacent to the Hôtel du Pont - Nice for a drink next to the river but closed Sunday evening, Monday and Tuesday! Lovely host, great communication and loads of brochures in the house. Blois about a 10 minute drive. Highly recommend.

Je précise que nous sommes hôte Premium avec une cotation de 9,6 sur 61 avis. Il est regrettable que ce couple agé de plus de 85 ans , à qui par ailleurs nous avons rendu plein de service,(ils étaient complétement perdus dans cette période de déménagement),ait eu ce ressenti sans jamais nous en faire part. Pour mémoire , ils sont quand même restés 4,5 mois dans ce "todis"! Chacun se fera son opinion ....
