Clean and a great place to stay.

Everything was ready for us when we checked in and the room with a hot tub made my wife very happy. We brought food and didn't have to leave.

The villa was clean. Had plenty of room for my family. Had all the amenities we needed.

Conveniently located, the pool was behind the villa and the activity center was across the parking lot and Branson Landing was only a few minutes away. There was a grocery store across the street. I highly recommend this villa and look forward to staying there again!

Great experience

Property had multiple pools available, an activity center with pool tables, ping pong, arcade, movies, and board games. The kitchen had everything we needed and beds were comfortable. Overall, we had a great experience.

Nice rooms. Unfortunately the pool by our building was closed as well as the indoor pool. But otherwise everything else was ok.

Great visit

Everyone was great from the time I walked into the door to when we left. We were greeted with enthusiasm and smiles. Casey at the front desk did a great job of explaining all of the amenities offered during check in. She even did a follow up call to the room a few hours later to be sure we were taken care of. She is an asset to the company for sure. Overall it was great and we'll be back!

Family Outing to Branson

Nice property, but you do have to drive to nearly every pool (there are 5 of them). Check- in was confusing regarding which building was ours... that could have been much more efficient and the map needs to be clearer. Some supplies are provided, but not all. The arcade is nice for the kids, but dated. Laundry is free (suprising!). The main pool by the golf clubhouse has life guards, again, surprising. Apparently there are kid activities- we never were told about any of these?! Very quiet, safe, never felt full or crowded. Grocery store and Dollar general right across the road.

Whole family loved it!

We had an amazing time! We were surprised they had so many amenities available for adults and kids. The room even had a jacuzzi tub! Would definitely stay again.

Overall good. Housekeeping could be better.

Overall we had a great stay! The only complaint we have is that when we arrived an hour after check in, there were bags of dirty towels and housekeeping supplies piled in front of our door. The room wasn't spotless, but it was clean. And as we were leaving a half hour before check out, the housekeeping bags reappeared and we could barely exit our unit without tripping over the bags.

A little older than appears online but seemed taken care of. Few stains on the carpet that were significant. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Not pleased.

I looked for a place with a nice indoor pool. This picture was perfect. BUT it was closed the whole week. I was told to check each day to see if it was open because they were fixing the roof. Never open. Then when I checked out, I was told they didn't have a life guard. FALSE advertisement offering it online. Our balcony furniture was dirty. Our windows were filthy. I will say the activity center food was delicious. Will not return ever to this property.

Do not go by the pictures they post of the property

We were expecting a unit that was close to the pictures they used for advertising (view of the golf course and decent furnishings). The unit we were placed in had a view of over grown woods and the furnishings were outdated. The property owner was no help and took no responsibility for the unit being below par. We will not rent through them again.
