Quiet island, crystal sea, beautiful sunsets: villa with pool, 30 m from the sea
The villa consists of 2 apartments (on the ground floor and on the 1st floor, with separate entrances, each for 6-7 people).
In front of the villa there is a spacious terrace with a gazebo, where at the end of September hangs a juicy red grape. This is a delightful corner to enjoy the morning cappuccino, lunch or dinner. Near the patio you will find a kitchen, an open shower and a barbecue area with firewood (a traditional stone fireplace).
The 6 meter pool with hot water has underwater lights and whirlpools. The volleyball net, balloons and inflatable pads will make your kids entertain you. The pool is in the garden, surrounded by lavender bushes and decorated with olive branches. It is accompanied by deckchairs, umbrellas and a solar shower.
All rooms are bright and sunny, with window doors opening on private, well-proportioned terraces overlooking the sea or the hill. Air conditioning, WLAN Internet (free), Satellite TV, boat rental ...
If you arrive by car (for the new super-highway Croatian without landing), we will meet at the entrance to Sibenik (Šibenik) or the ferry port, and we will take you to the parking lot in front of our house. You can park your car for free during your stay in Kaprije (cars are not allowed on the island). We will go along with Kaprije (by ferry or our boat) and carry his luggage to the apartment.
We can also arrange transfers from / to Split airport (connected with Rome and Milan with cheap flights Easyjet).
In case you need something that is not for sale on the island, we can buy it for you in Sibenik and ship it on the same day with the ferry.

- transfer to the island with our new 8 m sailboat / motorboat
- picnic hikes for the beaches of the nearby islands or national parks
- personalized excursions on the mainland (Sibenik's old town, St Nicholas Fortress, etc.) professionally guided by the tourist guide authorized for this region

- care of your pet (because pets are not allowed in the apartments)

オーナー : Kristijan Perkovic
I was born in 1975 in Sibenik, a small Croatian coastal town. I finished Natural Sciencies Grammar School in 1993 and moved to Zagreb to study. There I discovered my passion for traveling and getting to know other cultures. In parallel with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, I studied Portuguese Language and Literature at the Faculty of Philosophy (where I enrolled after my return from internship in Brazil). At that time, together with several similar enthusiasts, I co-founded Croatian branch of student organization Board of European Students of Technology (BEST) and Croatian-Brazilian Society where I am still president (meanwhile the society grew to a few hundreds members). When I graduated as an engineer, I got job in marketing department of the most successful telecom in Croatia (which also won several Employer of the Year prizes), where I remained for 10 years. At the position of Roaming Manager I gained valuable experience in managing people, products/services, international projects, processes and strategy. I also got a chance to visit wonderful parts of the world, either on business trips, or traveling independently. Besides many European countries, I visited India, Thailand, Cambodia, Japan (2x), Zanzibar/Tanzania, Mauricius, Cape Verde, Cuba, Bolivia, Brazil (4x)...

When my children were born (in 2006, year 2009 and 2012) I decided to change lifestyle and pursue my vision of a calm family life in balance with a job where I would be liable only to my customers. I left the corporation and big city, and together with my family I returned to my home region (Dalmatia). We settled in a quiet coastal village close to my hometown, and I fully devoted myself to tourism. I used experience from my travels and my professional experience gained in a well organized multinational corporation, in effort to raise tourist service level in my community, both through growth of my private accomodation business and through volunteering as vice-president of the Sibenik branch of Association of Private Accomodation Owners in Croatian Chamber of Commerce.
