ベッドからの目線で海が見れる高さで最高の眺めでした。石鹸・シャンプー、トイレットペーパーもあり、助かりました。エアコンはあまりきかないですが、家電も新しく良かったです。立地はアラモアナショッピングセンター、ビーチパークから5分ちょっとのアクセスで、マクド、ABCストアも100m以内、セブンイレブンは徒歩9分、レンタルサーフボード屋(1日20ドル)も近くにあり、助かりました。他にはエレベーターが遅く、台所まわりの小さなフナ虫のようなGが気になりますが、それ以外は良かったです。何より眺望が最高ですので、また利用したかったです！

Fabulous views. Very convenient location. Parking is tight but doable.Perfect base for a couple of people.(Did I mention the views?)

Kitchen has all the basics, but not a full size oven or dish washer. Check in was a breeze, good communication. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for everything!

Amazing view

We needed somewhere affordable and easy to stay but didn’t want to miss out on a gorgeous ocean view. The view was amazing! The property was accessible and in a great location. Parking was great. The kitchenette had a full size fridge and everything we needed. Loved that there was 2 snorkel gear for us.

The room was wonderful

If I was asked to rate the room it would be 5 stars. The maintenance was questionable. At least one elevator didn’t work on several days. One day neither elevator worked and I needed to walk down 20 flights of stairs. The pool was fine. The jacuzzi worked for one day. The finish around the pool Was terrible gravel couldn’t walk without sandals

Woulda given then a 4 stars but...

For this panaramic view, WOW. Amazed I got such an amazing price too. It had all I needed space and amenity wise. Close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. Loved the parking was included too.Sadly there was this awful incident that happened. I had an unexpected visitor barge in on my stay. The nerve of this stranger had me talking the host's ear off but I was valid for my response. Because it happened on my 2nd day, it made me worry the rest of my stay. Thankfully there were no more issues. Also the shower was a bit small for my tastes.Overall this stay was good. If I wasn't unpleasantly surprised, this stay woulda been perfect. It has taught me to bring some kinda door stopper or nosiemaker to alert me if anything comes in unannounced. Hope no one else runs into what I did.

CUTE, EFFICIENT, EVERYTHING YOU NEED AND MORE STUDIO.

LOVED the studio! It had everything you needed and more! The bed was super comfortable. Nice having a parking space. We were pleasantly surprised that the studio had beach chairs, a beach umbrella and snorkeling gear. The only downfall was only one elevator out of the two water working and the jets in the hot tub were broken.

The apt i stayed at was very compact and beautiful. I loved being able to see most of the ocean and the owner/renter was pretty awesome. The room had many amenities for food storage and cooking aa well as beach items like snorkels, fins, beach mats and chairs. Like a private hotel. But my gripe is that one elevator was broke down and the other took too long. I didnt like the laundry pay card thing as it was confusing. There was no tub but only a shower which was fine and the pool wouldve been nice if they heated it. Other than that. Very close to most things and the area was ideal for shopping. Highly recommend

Great view with Parking

Great view and close to Ala Moana center as advertised. Property was starting to show its age. More than adequate for a 2-3 day stay, but I would probably consider other options if staying longer. Layout and useability could be improved but removing chaise lounge And outing a bar height table and chairs in that corner vs the patio chairs that make you sit below window level.

Great place and value

Excellent value. There were a couple of days where utilities were shutoff for hours during the weekday for repairs/maintenance — but that’s not the fault of the property owners. Guests were given 24-48 hour notice. Minor inconvenience. It’s Hawaii so why would there be any reason to stay in during the day anyway?

Auch wenn die Ausstattung zu wünschen übrig lässt muss man ganz klar sagen der Ausblick von der 24. Etage mit Sonnenuntergang war fantastisch und das Bett war sehr bequem und groß…zwei Fenster kann man aufschieben, super.

Great Views, Great Location

This studio was perfect for me. It was found to be clean and the linen smelled fresh and clean. It had secure parking and entry to the building. The ABC store was just 1/2 a block for morning coffee and other essentials. There are numerous restaurants, stores and bars within walking distance. The king size bed was really comfy. Print out a hard copy of the emailed check-in procedures and other info. This will make the process much easier than trying to look at your phone each time a task is required.

Excellent view

The place is cute and the view is amazing. The only drawback is that there were cockroaches found in various parts of the room and also in the lift to the room. It’s very close to the beach and good location.

Good location

Overall the room was great, but the refrigerator was not working , I contacted Todd and he responded in a timely manner to fix the the refrigerator. The building itself is a little run down there we’re two elevators and one was always out of service.
