Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful time at the Seachase! The location was perfect, with plenty of space and wonderful views. The kids loved having the beach and the pools to use. The whole process from booking to checkout was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this property!

Excellent Condo

Super clean and spacious. The condo had an amazing view and in a great location. The property manager was very easy to get a hold and any problems we had were fixed immediately.

Family Vacation

Perfect vacation location! We loved the space of the condo where my kids had room to spread out! The long dining room table came in handy. There were so many seating options in the living room, and the balcony had the best view! We also loved that the appliances were updated and the layout of the property was amazing. The different options of pools to choose from was so nice with kids! The hot tubs were great, too! Awesome experience all around! We will be back!

Beach Retreat

We loved staying here right on the beach. The view was gorgeous. The pools are very nice. The beach was not overcrowded. The master bedroom is very spacious with a beautiful beach view. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. It was a perfect week at the beach!

Perfect COVID Vaca

We had a beautiful time at this beautiful condo. It was the perfect escape from reality. We felt safe and clean while heading to the beach and the pool. Plenty of amenities and things to do. We will be back soon!

Nice stay

Overall, we had a nice week in this unit. Communication from management was OUTSTANDING and we had no serious issues. PROS: Excellent location, easy access and parking. Living area/kitchen were spacious as was the master suite. The kitchen was modern and attractive. Beautiful view from the patio with seating for six persons - the location on the west end of the building allowed a lovely view of sunset each evening. CONS: The two other bedrooms were small and one was uncomfortably warm compared to the other rooms. The furniture in general was fine but the other decor was spartan and minimal. Could be made much more inviting with a little updating and the input from a decorator. Unfortunately, there is construction on the adjoining property which contributed quite a bit of noise at times during the day. Finally, we ran out of hot water on more than one occasion. We had to make a schedule for showers so that everyone had hot water. For a unit that sleeps up to 10 persons, the current hot water heater appears inadequate to provide enough hot water.

Great condo with great views!

We stayed at this condo between Christmas and New Years. Had a wonderful experience. The condo was very clean and decorated beautifully. Great view from the balcony. Could not have been any better.

Dirty

Dishes had been eaten on and placed back in cabinet with grease/food on them and food on forks/knives. Ceiling fans had to be dusted before using. It was all reported to luxury vacation rentals. Blowing rain came in master bedroom window making carpet wet.

Just wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay, the condo was very clean and lovely. The beach was perfect, easy to walk to with little kids. The elevators worked and were quick, parking was close and a simple process. We will be back!

Family vacay

Our stay was great! It could have been a little cleaner but better than others I have stayed at. Had a few minor repairs that needed to be made but overall it was great! I’d definitely stay here again. I loved the wrap around balcony too. The SeaChase condominiums are a great place to stay with it’s many pools and great staff!

Perfect OBA location

Great location in OBA. Condo was so nice and felt like home. A few hiccups with WiFi connection but property managers were responsive. All in all, a great vacation.
