Our stay was perfect.

Oksana and her husband are wonderful hosts. The room was perfect. Food in the fridge, fresh and very lovely modern decor. Coffee and milk ready to kick start each day. Modena is a wonderful place to visit.

Very disappointing

I cannot believe the reviews on this condo. While it has been renovated, it is in an unsafe, horrible building and part of town. You must also empty out the residual water from the air con everyday, not use electric appliances at the same time not to short-out circuits and put the washer hose into the toilet bowl to drain. We saw the place and checked in to a hotel instead. We do NOT recommend this place at all, and it certainly is below all VRBO standards and well-below the reviews on the site. I suspect they have been written by the owner. Honest guests could not possibly say anything good.

Beautiful Apartment in Modena

This apartment was the best supplied apartment we have stayed at. Oksana's husband stocked the fridge with supplies like cheese, eggs, yogurt, water, bread and other necessities. The air conditioner was fantastic and the bed very comfortable. Oksana left no stone untouched when her and her husband supplied this home. There was every convenience to make you feel comfortable. We highly recommend this fantastic apartment in the heart of Modena. Thank you Oksana for making our stay one of our favourites!!

Dem Namen gerecht werden.

Piccolo nido ist in der Tat "klein" - bezaubernd klein - und wie versprochen ein "Nest", in dem wirklich Alles da ist, was man sich für eine Ferienwohnung wünscht. Und mehr: Oksana ist eine überdurchschnittlich engagierte und gastfreundliche Vermieterin: der Kühlschrank ist so voll, als hätte man bereits eingekauft, man findet kleine "Küchlein", Brot, einen Korb mit frischem Obst - einfach alles. Dazu kommt die technische Ausstattung, die auf dem neuesten Stand ist. Die Wohnung - genauer: der eine Raum - ist sehr sinnvoll und mit Bedacht unterteilt, sodass der Eindruck erweckt wird, man befinde sich in verschiedenen Räumen. Die Einrichtung ist mit Geschmack ausgewählt. Die Wohnung ist unweit vom Zentrum. Nicht mal 10 Minuten braucht man, um in die Altstadt einzutreten. Bis zum Dom sind's dann vielleicht 15 Minuten, die durch mittelalterliche Gassen führen. Ein Weg also, den man jedes Mal wieder genießen kann. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert!

Spotless and faultless

From the moment we arrived to a warm welcome from the owners we knew we'd found a great place to stay in Modena. Oksana and her husband kindly looked into times for the bus for the airport for us, even calling the bus company to check Sunday running times, and they left us a fridge stocked with milk, juice, eggs, bread and more. Coffee was provided along with cakes. We found this studio apartment spotlessly clean and perfect for two people. 'Piccolo Nido' is very cleverly designed, so that there was everything we needed, and very stylish. The shower was hot and strong, wifi worked well and the bed was very comfortable with good quality linen and pillows. A balcony provided fresh air, the apartment was relatively quiet given it's in a city and with the historic centre around a ten minute walk away Piccolo Nido is, in our view, ideal for exploring Modena and good value for money. We would not hesitate to book again the next time we are over.
