This luxury chalet with the cosiest of appearances is the result of the rehabilitation of an old farm with typical Savoyard architecture undertaken in 2018. A renovation that uncovered a correspondence of over 2000 letters, the story of 4 brothers from La Clusaz, all of whom went to the front during the "Great War". Its ideal location, both secluded whilst remaining relatively close to the village shops, offers an unparalleled view of the Aravis mountain range and the Balme massif. The full south-facing exposure of this atypical property naturally invites contemplation of its surrounding nature.



Located halfway between the village of La Clusaz and the Confins valley (3km from the slopes and the village), this chalet resulting from a subtle blend of tradition and modernism, is a true haven of peace, ideal for rejuvenating with family or friends.



The chalet comprises two separate apartments which can be rented together or each independently.



The Cocon des Confins is composed as follows:



*Lower apartment: 6 people*



- Kitchen, lounge with fireplace, openings to the outside with terrace and garden level

- 1 double bedroom (approximately 17m2) with double bed (160 x 200) + an Italian-style shower corner with toilet included (adapted to PMR standards)

- 1 double bedroom (approximately 12m2) with twin double bed (160 x 200)

- 1 double bedroom (approximately 16m2) with twin double bed (180 x 200) + desk area + independent bathroom and separate toilet



Level – 1 (shared with lower section)

- 4 underground parking spaces (2 if upper apartment rented)

- Ski storage with boot dryer

- Staircase to access the accommodation



Level 0 (Laundry room shared with lower section)

- Washing machine / Tumble dryer / Sink
