Interior Spaces
The living areas include a splendid living room with windows along its entire width, offering a view across the veranda of the pool area, the green grove and the beautiful flower garden that surrounds the property.
A slightly raised annexe of the living room has created a more intimate sitting room overlooking the splendid, fully functional fireplace.
The living area continues in an L-shape towards the dining room overlooking the veranda and the summer lounge with sofas and umbrella overlooking the pool, but communicates directly with the kitchen, a jewel finished with hand-painted ceramics, equipped with appliances and a barbecue integrated into the fireplace.
Also, on the ground floor is a comfortable service bathroom.
On the first floor are four bedrooms: two large double bedrooms and two bedrooms with French beds (130 cm wide), each furnished differently with great taste and using beautifully coordinated tapestries. On the same floor there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathroom with a bathtub.
The Villa is therefore suitable for a maximum stay of 6 adults - it is possible to add two small beds (for children up to 12 years of age) and a cot for an infant (under 3 years).
You can access the basement From the living room, where we find a second cosy living room with a large and well-stocked library, an open-space room with a professional billiard table and a gym equipped for those who love to work out.

The Villa has two large verandas. The first overlooks the pool and is equipped with a summer lounge. The second, which can also be accessed by passing through the kitchen, is for outdoor dining and has a wood oven and barbecue.

An advantage not to be underestimated of this property is the ease of access, without winding roads, reachable in just 2 minutes from a main road. The golden beaches of Versilia are 7 kilometres away. In 5 minutes by car you can reach the art city of Pietrasanta, also known for its beautiful square and the wide choice of restaurants. Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio can be reached in less than a quarter of an hour. Lucca, Pisa and Florence can be visited in a day thanks to the convenience of the A12 motorway.
