The host was very accomodating and the house was lovely, well appointed and convenient for where we needed to be. I did not realize until after booking that we would have to completely launder and fold the sheets and towels. I have only ever had to start a load at a Vrbo or elsewhere and it was inconvenient as we had to leave for the airport before 8am. Otherwise everything was super easy.

This was a nice house and had some supplies, however, we brought our own sheets and several kitchen utensils.There is a rather steep staircase to the second floor bedrooms and I would not recommend this rental to anyone with difficulty with steps and the railing doesn't go to the bottom of the steps. Otherwise we were very comfortable in the unit. The hosts were excellent and easy to reach and answered all my questions.

We reached out to Mark last minute and he got back to us right away. My wife and two boys loved this B&B… space, cleanliness, and location. There was also a sense of community with other renters and people on the beach. We will be coming back in the future.

Our stay was great. This place is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and fit our needs perfectly. The beach access and beach area were not overcrowded at all. We would definitely stay again.

The property is in a great location. It could use some updating but was great for our needs. One downfall was if you use their linens you have to wash them before leaving. Also, the sky light in the master bedroom could use a shade. Other than those minor things, we would recommend and stay again! Communication was very good too!

My family and I were in the area for my brother’s wedding and this was perfect! The kids loved the house and we loved the location to the beach and other things we needed to access. House was exactly as listed and made for a great place for a vacation.Communication was perfect before booking. We did not need anything while there but owners shared a phone number for text or calls if we needed anything.

We loved this place. It is a short walk to the beach especially with smaller kids. The place was clean. Very close to family and friends. We plan to come back soon!

Is time to Birhinia Beach

The weather was cold so could not enjoy the beach. Picture on listing showed Keurig coffeemaker but there was not one so we had to go buy one. Property needs some definite work. Location was nice.

Great get away

Very quiet and peaceful residential area. Short walk across the street to the pathway to the bay beach. Decking is in much need of repair but everything else was clean and updated. Please be aware (because it is not disclosed in the listing) linens and towels are included-but the owners ask for you to wash, dry and fold before checking out. I have stayed at many VRBOs and Air B and Bs and never had to do this! You can also bring your own or rent from a rental company. Beach chairs and new gas grill were nice addition to make our stay comfortable . If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing experience, away from Oceanfront- this is the place for you!

Hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood across from direct access to Chic’s Beach! Just as described! Perfect for couples or a family! Would definitely rent again! Nice amenities. ⭐️

Love this place!!

This was our 2nd time staying. We LOVE the location. It is quiet, peaceful, right at the beach, but still close to stores, restaurants etc. For our family, it is perfect!
