Dear Angela, I am very that our accommodation did not meet your expectations. Airbnb accommodation is not a hotspot accommodation and in your case you had the host living upstairs, if you needed a garbage bag you could have asked just like you mentioned for the beach towels that we provided. We do not have a cleaning staff coming and clean the house like you would expect when you book an hotel accommodation. With regards to the kitchen and living room and bedding etc.. all are shown on the pictures, everyone must carefully look at the pictures first and then book accordingly. The price is per couple and attract an additional cost per personne which is very hormonal fee, a fraction of what the very first couple would pay. On the site it clearly mention the number of personnes, you book 2 people when you are 2 couples which is 4 people. When I noticed that you were 4 and the booking was not done properly to trigger the additional cost, then I ask for the additional cost. This is common practice and at this stage you could cancel and choose another location. We did not ask for additional charge when you arrive. We also provided the telephone number once you booked in, if you had additional questions you could have asked. We provided beach towels that is not provided but only bath towels, but as a good will gesture we provided them. Once more our apologies for any inconvenience caused Your host Sylviane and Jean Marc
