We are CURRENTLY undergoing a complete renovation of the unit so we have no updated photos but when we reopen in June of 2025, we will be like new! So rent now with that expectation. 3BR/2BA on the 11th floor with 2 King Beds and 2 Queen Beds.

We will update photos as we complete reno.

We strive to make our condo extremely versatile. It is family friendly, but it also has 2 King Bedrooms which makes it great for couples traveling together. It is well stocked so that you can come and enjoy your time and hopefully have everything you need at your fingertips. Sometimes, as with any vacation, things can arise that are out of everyone's control, and if that does happen, we are just a text/phone call away and ready to handle any issue. We want your trip to be hassle free! Our Great Reviews speak for how hard we work to make sure your time in our space is the best yet!

This 11th floor condo has a large balcony that overlooks the pool with a beautiful view of the gulf. You can walk from your comfortable living area or master bedroom onto the grand balcony. This wonderful vacation condo has a king master bedroom, a king bedroom, and a 3rd bedroom with two queen beds. Also a queen size pull out sofa in the living room. The unit has a fully stocked, kitchen with granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances. You can enjoy the big game or a family movie night on the large 55' Vizio TV in the living room. There is a 32' flat screen in the master bedroom and 26' flat screen TVs in the other bedrooms. Netflix available through cable on all TV's if you have an account to login. Don't forget the indoor pool and hot tub for those bad weather days, and the gym and sauna if you are sticking to a healthy routine. Shopping centers close by include several wonderful restaurants, Rouses, Wal Mart and Publix just down the road. By and large, this is a condo rental you will want to repeat!

Packing made easy:
~ We have a community sharing drawer where you will find aluminum foil, sandwich bags, and plastic wrap. There is also a cabinet with basic spices which has essentials like sugar, coffee, non-stick cooking spray, etc. For the benefit of all, please don't deplete and feel free to add to the assortment.

-We provide all the dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils and appliances such as a coffee maker, crock pot, blender, toaster, mixer, Air fryer, pots, pans, bowls, casserole dishes, and pretty much anything you will need to cook full meals.

-For children, we have a pack n play in the front master closet and a children’s high chair. Please do not take to the beach.

Our complex allows for 2 parking spaces only at $50 per space per stay. You will pay for these at the guard shack at the entrance to the complex upon your arrival.

Spacious, clean property with a view - great value!

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our vacations at Summerhouse 1103A. The listing pictures did not do the space and view justice. Absolutely beautiful! My family was comfortable, enjoyed the beach and both pools. This property is convenient to everywhere we wanted/needed to go. Dyan set clear instructions and made our stay enjoyable/ easy check-in and out. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Great ocean front condo!

Awesome Family Vacation

Three generations had a wonderful vacation!! Perfect location! Beautiful condo! Well stocked with everything you could need while on vacation!! Very clean! Very comfortable furniture and beds. Plenty of space to rest and relax after time on the beautiful beach. We got quick responses from all of our questions about the condo and area. Perfect vacation for two families

We had 10 people stay here and we absolutely loved it! It was a perfect place for us with plenty of space, close to good restaurants and stores, and a beautiful view from the balcony! We enjoyed hanging out on beach and had plenty of space for our big group! The owners were so nice, helpful, and quick to respond to questions. The condo had good elevators that were fast. The condo was very clean and we felt good about the way it was taken care of as well! Thanks for a great week spent with our best friends!

Great Beach Spot!

The location was perfect with direct access to the beach and a great swimming pool. We had one minor issue when we first checked in, and the host addressed it quickly and to our satisfaction.

Cleanliness

Poor housekeeping , dirty floors and windows . Paint and trim needs attention . Couch bed needs replaced !! Bars in the bed make the bed almost unable to sleep on . Looks like a rental! If I were the owner I would hold maint and housekeeping, Maint , and renters accountable for the room!

Amazing views

The condo is great and the views are amazing. The hurricane caused issues in the building and neighboring buildings (not this unit) but the host were upfront about it, so it was expected-Mid May 2021. There is still a lot of construction in the area and didn’t allow for either pool to be open. We did have an issue with the door lock but the host took care of it within 15 minutes. (Always important to know how issues are handled). The beach has easy access, the elevators are very fast, close to shopping for groceries and beach gear. We would stay here again and look forward to seeing all the improvements.

Fun in Orange Beach

This property was perfect for our first visit to Orange Beach. The location was great. It was very close to shopping and restaurants. From the condo to the beach was an elevator ride and about a one minute walk to the back of the building. The view of the gulf from the patio is amazing!!!

Lovely place!

We really enjoyed our stay. There was enough room and we celebrated Christmas at the beach. Our hosts were wonderful people and left some nice touches, especially the card and gift. We could never thank them enough.

Amazing property & owner!

This was our first time staying at Summer House and with the entire family. We were split in 2 separate units. This unit was perfect and just like the pictures. Being up on the 11th floor meant the views were just amazing! Jerry was very quick to respond with any and all questions we had during our trip....day or night. We cant wait to go back and will def be booking again!

Great Location

Great Condo right on the beach. Nice location close to restaurants, shopping and the toll road (which is nice to avoid summer traffic). Large pool was nice for kids when they tired of the beach and sand (or, in our case when there were jellyfish). Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

A Great Property!!

We were in town for a softball tournament. The room and Summer House property were great!! The kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool and made lots of friends. Access to the beach was perfect and the beach was SO clean and nice. We will definitely look to rent here in the future.

Summer House Condo

Excellent communication w/owner. All questions answered. Condo comfortable & just as shown in website photos. Great view. Well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the big TV in living room. Great for watching football games!

This condo has a great layout including 2 King Bedrooms and a third bedroom with 2 Queen beds. It has a HUGE balcony with incredible views. It is stocked with everything thing you could possibly need. The amenities at Summer House are also a nice plus - indoor pool with hot tub, gym, sauna, 2 outdoor pools, children's play area, and a grilling area.

We enjoy the shopping areas within walking distance, watching the Dolphins from the balcony, large grilling area, weight room, outdoor and indoor pools. Also within 20 minutes drive is the new OWA amusement park, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and the Tanger Shopping Outlet. LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!
