- This listing is for the yellow 3-bedroom house only, which sleeps a maximum of 8 guests. On the same property, there is a 2-story home with private entrances to both the top floor and the bottom floor and a boutique hotel. Fireplaces do not work.

The stay was wonderful. It is walkable to the main strip. We saw bears on our walks twice. Eric the bartender/concierge on site was incredibly helpful and just plain great!

Rough bumps to start with. Told the kids not to bring clothes because we had washer and dryer, did t bring towels for first time. Dryer didn’t work, took 4 days for it to get fixed. Had to make a trip to pigeon forge to do laundry. Little inconvenient . Everything else was ok

Overall a great time and experience. House worked well for us and proximity to town is great for walking . Only glitch is listing says it sleeps eight and it did not. Three queen beds available. Host is very responsive. It had everything we needed. Make sure to lock your cars and take food out as well as anything with scent as there are quite a few bears that make rounds as they warn you. You will see them every day. All in all a good time.

The location of this property is Its strongest asset. If you’re looking to be near downtown Gatlinburg, it fits the bill. My greatest disappointment was the condition of the property, particularly the outside area. I had to spend about 45 minutes cleaning the patio furniture so that it was at least useable. I would guess the area isn't ever cleaned and this was unacceptable given the outside area is part of the promotional material. The house itself had clean linens and the bathrooms and kitchen were relatively clean. However, the balance of the property is not being well cared for. Given the cleaning fee of 240, I would expect more. All that said, if you don't mind those issues, you will enjoy the location.

Nice big house with full kitchen within walking distance to downtown. Pet friendly is a huge help. There is a fenced in patio for privacy with a hot tub which is great. House is well stocked with towels and kitchen items. Night time was very quiet. Didn't hear any noisy neighbors at all. Want to go back to visit again.

Upon arrival we were impressed with the size and over all look of the house. Once we started getting ready for bed, we found a lot of hair on the sheets and pillows. The floors were also pretty dirty. We went out and bought detergent and washed the sheets and pillows casings that night along with a good floor sweep. The next day, we were able to get in contact with the property owners and they rectified the situation for us. Also, the remote for the TV in the living room did not work. Other than a few of these things, we enjoyed the week and was comfortable for our stay.

Love this place!! The communication was exceptional! The Bar across the street had the best Bartender and wait staff. The house is super close to Ober Tram on the strip making this place ideal during the winter when you don't want to drive on the icy roads. We got stuck an extra day due to weather and the owner was more than compensating. This is definitely our new go to for the winter trips!

Great location that was tucked away from the busyness but close enough to walk to the main area of Gatlinberg. Would have been nice to have more window coverings and more cookware.

Perfect location, close to the strip.

Nice, easy to get to location. Within walking distance to the Gatlinburg parkway. House is laid out nicely and great for families.
