Welcome to this amazing house for 8 guests, with private pool, only 150 meters from Cala Murta, in Porto Cristo.
This fantastic house is located within the urban area of Porto Cristo, although in a quiet zone. Its exteriors are stunning, starting from a big salt private pool, 11 x 5 m and 1.1 to 2.2 m depth, surrounded by lawn and wood flooring with 8 sun loungers to sunbathe and continuing with a relaxing integrated jacuzzi (cold water) and its porch as well as terraces where to make tasty barbecues and spend a pleasant evening.

Inside, there you will find an elegant living-dining room, where to watch TV-SAT, DVD, listen to music and eat all together. Sliding doors reach you to the kitchen, equipped with gas hob, space with stools and a dining table with chairs to have breakfast or get a bite while cooking. The laundry room is provided with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are four bedrooms, of which three of them feature a double bed and the 4th one has two twin beds. In addition, there are also four bathrooms: one with bathtub and one with shower are en-suite; the other two have shower and, one of them services the entire house while the last one is on the -1 floor where the garage is. The accommodation is completed with a cot and a high chair, as well as air conditioning, ceiling fans and radiant floor.

Porto Cristo is a wonderful residential area with endless beaches in its nearby, as well as bars and stores of all sorts. Undoubtedly, you cannot miss a visit to the rocky cove known as Cala Murta, at 150 m, neither the impressive Cuevas del Drach, at 650 m.

Note: This renting does not accept groups of people under 30 years old. We do need the passports of all guests in order to confirm the booking.

There are four parking lots in the garage.
From June to September the date of entry /departure is on Saturday.
Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

A Perfect Stay in Porto Cristo

What was not to like? The villa was beautiful. Internally it was comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen had everything you could need - huge fridge, plenty of cupboard space, lots of appliances, washing machine and tumble drier (if it wasn't hot ebough). 2 Weber bbqs in the back garden with lots of tools. The pool and the patio were beautiful. We had a couple of small quesitons that we contacted the owner about and these were answered immediately. For Cala Murta (the bay) I would recommend getting some swimming shoes as the climb on the rocks is a bit sharp but the swim is worth it. We will definitely be coming back!

Die Unterkunft hat unseren Vorstellungen genau entsprochen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und die Einrichtung ist hochwertig. In der Garage gab es auch einige Spielsachen für Pool und Strand. Bei unserer Ankunft hat Maria auf uns gewartet und uns alles gezeigt. Es war alles ausgesprochen sauber. Die Kommunikation war prompt und zuverlässig. Einziger Stressfaktor war die Tatsache, dass der Pool nicht eingezäunt ist. So muss man mit kleinen Kindern immer sehr gut aufpassen. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig. Einzig die Hunde der Bewohner verursachen zuweilen etwas hartnäckigen Lärm. Der Ortskern von Portocristo ist fussläufig erreichbar. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Super Lage - viel Platz und fantastische Ausstattung

Ein Traumobjekt - perfekt für hochwertigen Urlaubsgenuss. Bereits beim herzlichen Empfang durch die Besitzerin Antonia und dem kurzen Rundgang begann eine Traumwoche für unsere Familie. Das Haus zeichnet sich insbesondere durch die Großzügigkeit, Praktikabilität und sehr hochwertige Ausstattung aus. Wir haben schon viele Ferienhäuser gemietet, jedoch war insbesondere die Küchenausstattung Top - vermutlich die Beste bislang - vom Weinschrank bis zu allen Geräten und Werkzeugen. Die Liebe zum Detail steckt sowohl in den toll eingerichteten Schlaf-Suiten mit individueller Klimatisierung, dem großen Wohnbereich mit aller Technik und der herrlichen überdachten Vorterrasse mit Blick über den Pool auf die Palmen und den Olivenbaum. Der Gesamteindruck wird perfekt abgerundet durch die automatische Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage under dem Haus mit Platz für mehrere Fahrzeuge. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in Porto Christo mit dem Auto in max. 5 Min. erreicht. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Gorgeous patio

If you're thinking of booking this villa just do it! You won't be disappointed I guarantee it! I stayed here with 2 other couples for a week and we had a fantastic time. It easily accommodated all 6 of us with a twin bedroom to spare. The rooms are a good size with 2 having ensuites. The living room is vast and the kitchen is spacious and fully equipped to cater for a large number of people. The patio area is gorgeous and a great place to drink and eat on a warm evening. The sofa is also blissfully comfortable! The pool is great for cooling off in and is over 8ft at the deep end making it perfect for the strong swimmer. Head up to the balcony and you'll be greated by amazing views of the med and the surrounding area. The owner does live next door but she was very accommodating and left us to our own devices after showing us around. We loved our stay at Cala Murta and can't recommend it enough.
