I’m terribly sorry that there wasn’t a smaller frying pan there for you I just had purchased that set for $400 and just put it into my house before I had left I wasn’t aware that there wasn’t a small frying pan I will be sure to look into this and make sure there is one next time for you, thank you for renting in my place and I’m glad you enjoyed it. I am totally astonished by this review left from these people! First of all, they were shaky people to rent to. In the beginning that started with the amount of guests they didn’t report the amount of guests they were bringing, the reason for contacting them so much as that I did not trust the rental whatsoever after dealing with them in Post rental. Their son had taken the panel off the key lock and deleted their codes so I had to have new codes put into the doors so that they could gain access to the house. When they left the cleaning staff come in I had to pay the staff extra to clean the house, it was left a disaster, and the Florida room they had left food underneath the bed, and that was the reason for the terrible terrible smell that they were speaking of. When the cleaning staff come in and inspected, I had to call the renter and tell them that they would be charged for the towels that they removed from the property an extra surcharge as we buy expensive towels for our guests so they don’t have paper thin towels, her response was she didn’t take them but when I told her she would be charged for them. By the end of the next day, miraculously the towels reappeared on the doorstep. I would not rent to this person again they’re not trustworthy and also lie about the people coming in and staying on the property as well as having to pay the cleaning stuff almost double because it took so long to clean all the snacks, food debris, etc. in the bedrooms under the couches in the microwave basically food everywhere among the unit. So renters beware. This is why I screen my rental people as best as I can to try and avoid renters like this. I hope everybody understands that their opinion of my property is only due to being caught, stealing towels and being charged more for cleaning because the place was left a disaster. If you read the rest of our responses and comments towards our rental unit, people love the atmosphere of the home, the separate air-conditioning units, which are whisper quiet in each room with their own thermostat as well as the landscaping and the beautiful views from the backyard. Cheyene had contacted me when they wanted to book our property and asked for a discount if they would rent our property for 2 1/2 months roughly. I looked into the pricing and I told them that I would give them the washer and dryer at no charge. Also told them I would pay the cleaning cost at the end of their stay and I also gave them a huge discount of roughly $1000 over 2 1/2 months. I felt this was more than fair. In the meantime, they had found their new home , their day to move out of our rental was roughly 15 days early. Cheyene had contacted me and said they would be leaving on the 10th instead of the 25th and then asked how much money I would refund them for vacating early. At this point, I couldn’t believe it as I’d given them a little over $1000 discount already . As for the cameras, they are Blink outdoor security cameras, and as doorbells normally have audio , this is how I communicate the door lock code and make sure they get in OK. The cameras are located only outside the building . Renters also have total control of thermostats . Flushing, toilet too much? They had plugged the toilet solid caused everything to back up that caused a smell, they contacted myself and yes, had to have the neighbour go in to check it out, Not unreasonable. Way overused electricity so much the bill went over double normal price! A/c filter gets changed every 60 days. False accusations due to no refund !! This is what you get in return fo discounting and helping out! I have 5⭐’s
