This stylishly decorated unit features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a bedroom, all offering breathtaking ocean views. Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, the space includes a pull-down Murphy bed, allowing the unit to accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. Whether you're preparing a meal, unwinding in the living area, or simply taking in the stunning views, you'll enjoy a seamless blend of elegance and functionality.



The condo features a spacious outdoor veranda furnished with comfortable seating, perfect for savoring your morning coffee, watching evening sunsets, or simply relaxing and taking in the ocean breeze and stunning views.



We kindly advise that the pool is currently undergoing renovations and is not safe for use. As a result, we have adjusted our nightly pricing to reflect this.



The Flamingo Marina Resort development offers 24-hour security, ensuring a safe and tranquil stay for your peace of mind and convenience.

This villa includes one designated parking space and one additional visitor parking spot.



As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.
