Fantastic apartment, ideally located. Good size and very comfortable. Darin went above and beyond even popping back with some mugs which we couldn’t locate but were there all the time! The lift wasn't working however the stairs kept us fit! Would definitely return.

Great location central to all we wanted to do. Apartment was quiet, well stocked, clean and modern. Host Darin was very communicative. Would go back!

Excellent location and space

Excellent location for visiting Queens University and the rest of Belfast. Quiet building with wonderful windows and plenty of space with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and all the amenities in the kitchen and etc. Darrin is very friendly and helpful.

Comfy Cromwell Court

A last minute cancellation by a property manager had us scrambling for Belfast accommodation & Darin came to the rescue with a comfortable apartment, close to the lovely Botanic Gardens & the lively city centre.

Lovely apartment

The apartment itself was quite wonderful. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated having a room for each of us. The washing machine was a bonus and it was great having such a spacious living room.

Great Stay

Meet our Host Darin at the property and was super helpful in getting us in. He also suggested where some good restaurants were at as well as a store that had the supplies we needed. Our VRBO was super clean. only issue we had was not the host fault - the elevator was out of commission - and for the time we were there we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs- again no fault to the host. Beautiful Place stay and the 180 degree of views were wonderful We would recommend this place thanks for a great place to stay RTG- VA

Belfast Penthouse

Accommodation was clean and nicely decorated. The bottle of bubbly and snacks were much appreciated. The property manager was very helpful and professional. Views from the balcony were lovely. It was an ideal base for traveling around Belfast.

Great apartment, well located

The apartment was great, with a wonderfully spacious living room. The views of Belfast were terrific, and it was an easy walk to the Botanical Gardens, Ormeau Park, and downtown. Best of all, the kitchen came generously equipped with coffee, milk, snacks, and the basics for cooking (unlike many self-catering apartments). I’d stay there again when next in Belfast with a group.

Nice quiet location

We were on the third floor corner apartment that provided a wonderful view of Belfast. There is an elevator so you don't have to carry you luggage up. The university is close by so there are plenty of things to do within walking distance and transit is close by for other things like Titanic. The apartment was clean and spacious. Definitely recommend.

Amazing Stay in Belfast!!!!! (August 2023)

Our family of 4 (2 parents, 2 adult children) stayed in this amazing apartment in mid-august. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The views are just incredible, the apartment spacious and modern. It is close in proximity to everything in Belfast (truly 10 minute taxi to anywhere in the city and walking distance to a great neighborhood with food and drink) and is easy to get to. Darin and Ray made the whole process seamless. I would recommend this apartment to anyone traveling in Belfast!! Thank you Darin and Ray, we look forward to visiting again!!! The Blechner Family

Great location for downtown Belfast. Plenty of room for 6 quests.

We were greeted by the property manager when we arrived. A couple of questions and we were free to go. Darin and Ray were always available . A worry free stay.

Nice apt close to activities

Darin was a good communicator. Answered all my questions in a timely manner. Both him and Ray were good to work with. Check in went great and it was nice to have secure parking. The unit we had was a ground floor unit # 16 that had a small balcony looking out over the back of the apt complex. We felt secure here. The unit had 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath and one shower room. All the bedrooms were adequate with good beds, linens and bath towels. plenty of closet space. For the 3 of us it was adequate although I wish we had 2 toilets. the kitchen was well stocked and the unit was clean. 4 stars because it was not totally upscale 5 star unit and it was not "penthouse". We knew we were not getting the penthouse but yet we paid for the more expensive unit because VRBO booked us but owners said it was not available, this unit was so we accepted. You are close to the college area with lots of shops and restaurants and we walked to everything we needed. Overall a good stay.

Great view but apartment needs some work

Darin was a gracious and responsive host, and the apartment has a wonderful view. But the apartment needs updating, as it's showing much more wear and tear than the pictures suggest. Ray keeps it clean, though!

Wonderful penthouse apartment overlooking Belfast

My husband and I stayed here in early June. With school being out the area was calm and peaceful. The apartment is wonderful. The provision of coffee and breakfast makings plus the bottle of Proseco was a nice touch. The building is safe and parking is available underneath the building. The view over Belfast is just spectacular. The apartment is well-stocked with everything you need and the beds are comfortable. The caretaker and the owner are both gracious and helpful. We enjoyed walking around the University area as you are close to great music venues, bars and restaurants. Highly recommend this property.

Ideal Belfast home base

This was the perfect stay for a long weekend in Belfast. Darin was a great host. The rental had enough space for my family of 5 to very comfortably spread out. The view was great. The kitchen was perfect for breakfast and tea and the fresh bread, milk and prosecco were delightful treats! Excellent location walking distance from the city center and the gardens. Many pubs and restaurants nearby making dinner an easy walk away. Great pick for Belfast.
