Micro-Resort, Indeed!

Parker & Liz are AMAZING hosts! The whole property is stunning! We were in awe! The view, all the beautiful plants & trees! It is a true gem! Everything you will need is there. The description of the property is on point!The Coconut Cabana is perfect & private for two people! The screened in porch & the outside porch attached to the Cabana was just what we needed. The screened in porch was just right for me being an early riser/before sunrise to read. The outside patio was great to eat dinner & watch the sunset. Best of both worlds, being able to watch the sunrise & the sunset! The outdoor spaces are where this property truly shines. The pool area is fantastic, offering plenty of seating to lounge and soak up the sun. The hammock adds a peaceful touch, making it the ideal spot for some relaxation under the palms. Let’s not forget the long dock to walk out on & yes, seating there too. Great to watch the wildlife & sunrise/sunset.We watched the dolphins and manatees, daily, right from the property! There’s a couple of surprises, but I don’t want to give it away. It’s a surprise! We will DEFINITELY be back!

Relax in Paradise

Absolutely beautiful! The hosts were so attentive, making sure our needs if any were met. Access to pool, kayaks, golf cart. The cabana house was the perfect size for 2 people, and very very clean! Screened in porch area to sit and read or watch the boats. Highly recommend!

Amazing location and owners!

I can't say enough good things about this property and the owners, Liz & Parker. This cabana is at the southern end of Pine Island with views of Sanibel and Captiva across the water. It has a pier to fish off of, a gorgeous pool to swim in, and all the amenities you can think of. They also generously allow use of their golf cart if it's available. The landscaping was lush, even after the hurricane. It's a quick drive, walk, bike ride, or golf cart to several restaurants. Easy to set up fishing trips from this location. I can't wait to go back!!

Private Paradise we will visit annually!

I don’t even know how to begin! The concise communication with the kindest people you’ll meet drew us in as much as the pictures! The pics don’t do it justice which is unbelievable! I didn’t know there was still a place in the USA that felt so “old keys”. Best for 1-2 guests, plenty to do and EVERYONE on the island is welcoming. Liz and Parker are above excellent hosts. I could go on for pages!

Paradise!

The property is too amazing to show in photos. It is magnificent. The smells of the tropical flowers, the dolphins and manatees in the water, fishing from the pier, the inviting pool plus golf cart and bikes, never wanted to leave.

Paradise on the water

My wife and I had a wonderful long weekend at the Coconut Cabana. The location on the water, the views, the privacy, the amenities, and the quality of the property are outstanding. The hosts, Parker and Liz, are very welcoming and made us feel right at home. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. We look forward to returning!

Private Oasis in Old Florida town

Incredible! Couldn't ask for more in a dream property. Stunning sunsets, soothing sunrises each day. Even witnessed a double rainbow after a cooling rain shower! Their Gardens are of showcase quality. We felt like we were on our own private island. So quiet. A pool to swim / sunbathe and new pier for fishing was a highlight. The cabana itself is quaint with all the amenities you can dream of. Plenty of space to stretch out. Loved the water views from every room. The screened porch and adjacent open deck with grill are ideal for enjoying meals as you scan the water for dolphins and manatees. The various seabirds put on a show of their own. No reason to leave the premises during your stay, but use of their golf cart to venture to nearby restaurants was so fun and convenient. The generosity and kindness of the hosts in sharing their one-of-a-kind property with others is beyond expectation. Coconut Cabana is truly an Old Florida paradise, a treasure that has become hard to find in the Florida of today.

Paradise on Earth

The Coconut Cabana was THE perfect spot for a romantic weekend get-a-way with hubby. The entire property is like a tropical jungle full of wildlife & wonderful smells. The water & sunsets were breathtaking. Parker was so hospitable & went out of his way to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We will be booking again!

Great place for a getaway for two!

We so enjoyed our stay at Coconut Cabana. Liz and Parker were very responsive to all our requests for restaurant recommendations, local supermarkets and any other questions we had. The cottage is very clean and modern. The kitchen and bathroom are well stocked as per the description. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well maintained. We were able to see manatees and dolphins off their pier! The pool was refreshing and clean - there's even an area to sit on a chair and just dip your feet in the water! It's quiet and peaceful and just the place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We would definitely go back again!

Absolutely Beautiful and Relaxing Vacation

By far the best vacation rental we have experienced to date. Liz and Parker have created an experience that will have you wanting to book again before you leave. The property is gorgeous and the cabana is stocked with everything you’ll need to have a great vacation. The scenery is amazing. We saw manatees and dolphins from the private dock, relaxed by the pool and felt like we had the best view in town. Thank you!

Perfect spot

My husband and I were looking for a place to relax and slow down. We couldn’t have chosen a better place! Coffee and beautiful sunrises each morning and dinner with gorgeous sunsets each night. Dolphins & manatees swimming by - you could just swing in the hammock and watch the sea. We definitely felt rested and recharged after our time here. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

So wonderful!

As soon as we walked around the house to the cabana, I was in love. Beautiful location - we loved sitting on the pier watching for dolphins and manatees! Awesome amenities - kayaks, hammock, and pool were my favorites. Our hosts were friendly and really thought of everything we might need…even a cooler for day trips. We enjoyed some local restaurants but loved having a kitchen and grill.

Welcome to Fantasy Island

We have stayed at many places, but….this is a magical place! The minute you pull in the driveway you see all the variations of trees/plants. As soon as you put your luggage down and look through your lanai THAT’S when you fall in love! The pictures are accurate. It feels like you have your own resort! So many different areas to sit and relax. Standing on the pier with your morning cup of coffee will provide you with incredible sunrises and the sunsets are amazing! There are 4 Adirondack chairs and when you sit out there it is so incredibly quiet. Be sure to gaze at the stars. Breathtaking! You will feel so at home here. Liz and Parker are so very kind and welcoming. We enjoyed our chats with them. They have everything you need for the beach. chairs, floats, coolers and a beach umbrella. It was amazing to be able to use their washer/dryer. Matlache is a cute little town. And my husband and I tried Grouper. It was delicious! We actually has places to go everyday but we took our first full day just to swim, cook some steaks in the grill and lay in the hammock. There’s really no need to go anywhere else. They offer kayaks and a golf cart which we did not use but again, you will want for nothing. We made new friends and their love for this place is evident. They enjoy letting us all share their little paradise. We are most definitely coming back!!!!!

35th Get away!

Very nice property, with Greats Hosts (Parker & Liz). Relax at the pool, or sit on the new observation pier and enjoy your sunrise and sunsets. You are a golf cart ride away from several outstanding, local Bar & Grill establishments. If you're looking for a quite, slow pace, relaxing spot... This is it!
