Le Nao "Appartement très bien situé dans le centre historique et piétonnier de Nantes et proche toutes les commodités, restaurants et commerces. Tout est conforme à la description. Atypique avec beaucoup de charme et à la fois très fonctionnel on peut loger sur un court séjour en se sentant comme chez soit. La décoration est soignée et les équipements de qualité, mais canapé mériterait d’être changé pour plus de confort. Pour les personnes sensibles au bruit, les chambres donnant toutes sur la rue cela peut perturber mais ce n’etait pas notre cas. Seul petit bémol, la poussiere au sol dans les chambres et la porte de la salle de bain qui ne ferme pas et pas de clés, mais cela a été signalé à l’agence et ce sera réglé."

Le Nao "Overall good but needs a few things to be done to make it excellent. 🙂 The location was excellent, very central, and reasonably quiet. Easy 1km walk from the railway station. The facilities were modern and clean and the manager who met us at the door was communicative and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the shower was good. But.... 🙁 The manager who met us clearly did not know the building or apartment. She was unable to show us the light switches for the stairwell. Three floors up! Be warned. Only skylights in the ceiling so no views. Also no instructions in the apartment on how to use the appliances and she did not know how to use them either. We figured out everything except the microwave in the end but it would have been better if there was a guide. The bathroom door did not close either but hopefully that will be fixed."

Le Nao "The stay was enjoyable, but the heat and lack of sleep took its toll, not suitable for old people. 🙂 The location was good, but very noisy, due to heat wave we had to keep windows open, which mean no getting to sleep before bars closed at 02:30. 🙁 The noise from bars and restaurants which was not mentioned. The stairs and lack of lift, again not mentioned in listing. Only one portable fan even though told there was two, agent did not answer 2 text messages, we had to buy our own second fan. The couch was the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on."

La douche et la salle de bain très confortable et bien conçue. 🙁 le 5ieme sans ascenseur; je n'aurais jamais loué si j'avais été mise au courant, je n'ai plus l'âge... Les produits anti rats dans les escaliers ne donnent pas confiance... Les odeurs... le tapage nocturne... les cadres de porte trop bas, dangereux! La poignée de la porte de la salle de bain est arrachée: impossible de fermer."
