Located on the upper floor of the owners' secondary residence, with a private entrance, this gîte offers great comfort with its living area including a spacious lounge, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. A large bedroom sleeps two (one queen-size bed) and can accommodate a third (one single bed). There is also a shower room and a toilet. Electric heating and reversible air conditioning are provided. In warmer weather, this gîte in Hauterive is ideal for enjoying the heated swimming pool, open from May to the end of September (5m x 10m, maximum depth 1.70m). The pool is shared with the owners (opening hours to be arranged on site). Guests also have access to the garden, terrace, and a small summer kitchen with a barbecue and pétanque court. Vichy, with its many sports and leisure activities, is 7 km away. An additional person can be accommodated upon request.
