Der Strand war nicht schön. Im Ort 2 Restaurants und 2 Supermärkte. Ansonsten nichts los.

Nice location

We were met at the door by Miriam. She was very friendly and showed us everything we needed to know. Contact with the owner Jose was also perfect. The view from the apartment over the bay and ocean is very nice. The apartment has everything that you need for your stay. The chairs on the balcony are not very comforatable but otherwise everything was fine. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool. The water temperature was good. We enjoyed walking in the area along the ocean. There is a nice grocery store closeby. Thanks for everything.

Schöne FeWo, schöner Urlaub

Poris liegt zentral, wenn man die ganze Insel erkunden will. Santa Cruz ist nur 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt 3 gute Sandstrände in der Nähe. Den ersten Kaffee konnte wir gut mit Blick auf die Bucht und Leuchtturm genießen. Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen in 5 Minuten Nähe, einkaufen ebenso. Würden wir nochmal mieten.

An oasis of tranquility

The host, Jose Luis, calls the apartment "an oasis of tranquility", and for a reason. Located in the most prominent building in El Porís, it has great views to the sea and the lighthouse. The apartment itself is very well equipped and is impeccably clean. El Porís is a really small town, a cozy place with just a couple of bars and restaurants and one supermarket. It's far away from the noisy crowds of tourists and shopping centers. The right place for those wishing to relax away from the big city lights. Jose Luis himself is a wonderful host. He is always in touch to help with any matters that may arise, going above and beyond the duties of simply a host. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and hope you will, too!

Très sympa

Bel appartement tout équipé avec vue mer à 3 mn à pied d’une plage. Piscine. Supermarché et pharmacie en face de la résidence. Petit bémol au niveau de l’isolation et la porte vitrée qui est très difficile à ouvrir mais ce ne sont que des détails.

Gut ausgestattete Whg mit 1 Schlafzimmer, Bad u Wohnküche im 5. Stock einer in die Jahre gekommenen, charmanten und gepflegten Anlage am Atlantik mit Blick auf Piscina, Meer u Leuchtturm. Poris ist beschaulich u hat fast alles was man braucht: 2 Supermärkte u 4 Restaurants etc. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Amazing

The home was great! The Check-In super easy, a man was waiting for us to show us everything and we were given his number for emergencies. It was very clean. The apartment is very close to the beach (like 1 minute) the sight from the balcony was just amazing.

Great location to see and explore Tenerife, and to relax whilst you are not sight-seeing

A very comfortable, well equipped apartment with superb views over the pool, and the sea. Jose Luis was a great host, nothing by way of help and advice was too much trouble. Only 20/30 minute from the airport, so well located. Would say you need a car if you want to get around. Bus does travel on TF1, but you have to get to TF1 to catch it. We would certainly return.

Nice, comfortable apartment

We had a lovely week in this apartment. The view over the bay is great and it’s lovely hearing the waves at night. WiFi is good, equipment in the kitchen is quite adequate and the bed is really comfortable. We were met by Jose and all communication with him has been very good. Poris is very quiet, which we enjoyed. There are 2 good supermarkets, we liked the farmers’ market on Sunday morning and the jewel in the crown, for us, was Cafe Al Mar on the front. A beautiful location, good food and friendly staff. Hopefully, we will be back. Thank you Jose.

Fantastic view from sheltered, sunny balcony. Good basic accommodation

Good base by seafront in small village with good links from main road to north and south of island. Excellent seafront cafe which is very busy and can be difficult to get a space. Other two restaurants plenty space but not that good. Two good supermarkets but not much else.

Stunning views!

We enjoyed staying in the apartment last month. The accommodation is extremely clean with a fantastic balcony. Jose-Luis was a great host from start to finish and responded very quickly to emails. We will definitely return in the future.

Nette Wohnung für Zwei mit Meeresblick

Die Wohnung ist zwar einfach eingerichtet, bietet aber eigentlich alles, was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht.Sehr nützlich waren Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und ein Mini- Bügelbrett, sowie W-lan. Sehr gut auch der große Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Den Backofen hätten wir gerne mal benutzt, aber die Bedienung blieb uns rätselhaft. Soweit die Wohnung.Der Vermieter Jose Luis ist ein freundlicher , hilfsbereiter Mensch. Die Wohnanlage liegt direkt am Meer, ist aber mit 6 Stockwerken ein ziemlich großer Klotz.Den sehr gepflegten swimmingpoll haben wir jeden Tag genossen. Die Umgebung : es handelt sich nicht um einen Schweizer Kurort .Der Ort ist teilweise sehr rustikal, bietet 2 relativ kleine Supermärkte, Apotheke, Bank und gleich um die Ecke ein brauchbares Restaurant. Tipp : nehmen Sie ein Fernglas mit.Es gibt vom Balkon aus immer was zu sehen. Falls Sie zum Loro-Parque wollen: Buchen Sie NICHT online, denn Sie brauchen beim Einlass ein ausgedrucktes Ticket.Kaufen Sie die Karten schlicht an der Kasse, dann müssen Sie auch nicht unbekannten Leuten eine Menge Daten verraten.

Tolle Unterkunft, Wahnsinns Ausblick

Die Unterkunft befindet sich abseits der üblichen Touristen Gebiete, was für uns optimal war. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man so gebrauchen kann. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und gibt gerne Insidern-Tipps. Er ist immer sehr gut erreichbar gewesen und kümmerte sich sehr darum, dass wir uns wohl fühlten. Unser persönliches Highlight war der Ausblick auf das Meer vom Balkon. Alles in einem, tolle Unterkunft, sehr netter Vermieter!

Confortable appartement et superbe vue

Appartement conforme à la description. Très belle vue sur la mer et la piscine (dommage un peu froide au mois de mai). Pas de parking privatif mais pas de problème pour se garer en cette saison. Par contre mettre un produit ou des plaquettes anti-cafards dans la kitchinette. Si je devais retourner à Ténérife j'y retournerai sans crainte ou je donnerai les coordonnées à d'autres personnes. Voiture obligatoire car Poris de Abona est un village.

A lovely, well equipped holiday flat with stunning views of the ocean!

The flat is in the peaceful and charming seaside village of Poris de Abona and an easy 20 mins drive from Tenerife South airport. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and very tastefully furnished with south facing balcony which gets the sun all day. The place has everything we needed for our 5 day stay - including a nice comfortable bed and really well equipped kitchen. Jose Luis was a really nice guy and always responded quickly to any enquiries. Highly recommended!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Das Appartment ist frisch renoviert, sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet einen direkten Blick auf's Meer. Der Ort Poris de Abona liegt abseits vom Touristenrummel und ist in knapp 20 Minuten vom Flughaften sehr gut über die Autobahn zu erreichen. Im Ort gibt es zwei Supermärkte, die auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar sind. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm.

Wunderbares Appartement in ruhigem Ort

Das Appartement ist im 5 Stock des einzigen höheren Hauses im Ort mit direktem Meerblick vom Balkon und einem Pool in der Anlage, wobei wir diesen nicht einmal besuchen mussten da in 2 Minuten Fußweg ein herrlicher und ruhiger Strand liegt. Der Zustand ist sehr gut, wirkt alles frisch renoviert und großzügig was den Platz angeht, moderne Küche und Ausstattung sind auch Top. Die nächste Bushaltestelle für Überlandbusse liegt 15 Minuten entfernt daher ist ein Mietwagen zwar vorteilhaft, aber nicht notwendig. Der Ort Poris ist ein sehr verschlafenes kleines authentisches Dörfchen am Meer was hauptsächlich mit Ruhe punktet, allerdings nicht an jeder Ecke blitzsauber ist(authentisch eben). Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Fazit: für Partyurlaub nur bedingt geeignet, falls Teneriffa samt Einwohner und Landschaft näher Erkundet werden sollen und kein Interesse an überlaufenen Orten wie Los Christianos besteht perfekt.

Fanstastic!

i've been in this apartment for 2 week finding it fantastic. it is very clean and newly renewed. the owner is very nice and done everything he could to provide info and assistance. the position is perfect if you have some kind of transportation; close to the cities's facilities and strategit to visit nice places but away from the stress and noise of the city. 5/5 would like to go back
