After you arrive 4 hours early I very cordially welcomed you and spent a good deal of time removing any area rugs from the house and sitting with you to make sure that you knew how to operate the fire stick on the tv. All you had to do is ask me to remove the spider plants from the pool area and also the foam mattress from the bed. But instead you chose to ruin my reputation and my livelihood. You lied about the reason why you were leaving and I quarterly invited you back with a consideration that you were not getting a refund. I hope in the future that you treat hosts with a little bit more kindness and understanding. Five star and super host for 6 years Nancy Moore

I realized that your experience is yours, however I have decided to add information for future guests. This is a very private space and the gate has been screened/blacked out. I am prompted by the garage door app when left opened & ALWAYS contact guests that they may have left it opened. The space I have created is one that people have enjoyed with FIVE STAR REVIEWS for over 3 years --this is not a fluke. I spoke to the lonely neighbor & she was very surprised that you were displeased & said you approached her to see her puppies. Since you called her by name (Sue) I expect the neighbors's impression is more accurate. She now knows & understands, moving forward to not be calling her happy friend Violet. Finally -- the space is very private has two bathrooms; this was an error showing the master bathroom twice. As the owner of the property I maintain a separate studio across the yard & behind a 6 ft privacy fence. I have no desire to infringe upon guests privacy; I too want a private space when I am there. This is a separate lot & space. Perhaps you were so focused on the neighbor you missed your dog destroying expensive custom blinds,which you didn't report before you left. I certainly don't want guests who are destructive and exaggerates. Hosts rely on reviews to promote their property & inaccurate information is very harmful to livelihood. I think we can agree that neither one of us was happy with this rental & I hope other hosts are aware of your character & remain cautious.
