気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、コミュニケーション
HIGHLY don’t recommend renting out this condo, purchased it and when we walked into our room it was not the room we bought at all, it was supposed to have 2 bathrooms and we only got 1 bathroom all the decor and everything in the entire condo was just wrong so i immediately call the number to be like hey we got the wrong room can we get the room we bought and the guy basically just tries to tell me that the room is just the same as the one we bought just has one less bathroom like it’s not that big of a deal, but when you pay for a specific condo you want it to be the EXACT one you paid for, but anyways he ends up telling me that the room i purchased was under maintenance so they had to put me in a different room so i was like okay but this room is significantly worse and probably doesn’t cost as much as the one i purchased so could i get a room that is a little more similar to the one i purchased at least get one that has 2 bathrooms and he lies to me and says the entire resort is full and that he can’t give me a new room which i know is a lie because we went at a down time at the end of september plus our parking garage had a total of about 5 cars in the entire building and i saw maybe 2 people on the same floor as us, mind you we were on the very top floor in one of the last rooms so i imagine they just have us one of the extra rooms that they don’t take care of or even really care about that they use for incidents like this.
highly recommend booking somewhere else
